Very cool, I'll need to see if I can find the right weather conditions. Exciting to hear that there are new features coming in the future. Keep up the great work! Sometimes I stream the RJ here Deephack Plays My main channel is here although it's more DCS focussed Deephack

I have all my control bindings in SpadNext according to the excellent manual. Only the Vertical Speed knob doesn't react when using (manual page 180): H:ALT_VertcalSpeedKnob_Inc/Dec_1. I found another option: LVAR:bksq_VertcalSpeedPreselect_1. That works OK. Something for the manual?

@miked176766 I think I have found the problem. I purchased the PA38 Tomahawk on the MSFS 2020 Marketplace and this updated in MSFS 2020 on Friday (20/06/25). This worked fine in MSFS 2020. I ran MSFS 2024 and looked in my Library for the PA38 Tomahawk which still shows as the 2020 version not certified for MSFS 2024. I set this version to install and stream. On running the aircraft it loaded and allowed me to enter the cockpit. I tested for full control movement stick and rudder which both showed full movement. On starting the engine I could only get aileron movement, no elevator or rudder. With this version still set to stream the loss of elevator and rudder is passed on to the PA28’s that are installed as MS 2024 certified. If I then set the PA 38 to disabled the PA 28’s all return to normal rudder and aileron behaviour. My conclusion is that until we have an MSFS 2024 certified copy of the PA38 Tomahawk in the marketplace this problem will persist.

I have noticed that using the bleed air it is possible to start all engines at the same time. I assume this isn't actually accurate as there wouldn't be enough pressure to allow that?

The F70 and F100 won't have a failure system at release, but its on the feature request tracker as something to consider post-release. Mark - Just Flight

We're aiming to finish work on the 146 upgrade and MSFS 2024 compatibility in July.

The throttle axis snapping between IDLE and 100% is likely the result of the control conflict. Do you perhaps have any controls assigned to "TOGGLE ENGINE 1 FUEL VALVE" or "SET ENGINE 1 FUEL VALVE"? Those assignments are used to move the throttle lever between the HP OFF and IDLE positions, so they could be 'fighting' against the throttle axis position. Mark - Just Flight

I don't have 2024 but have a look at your weight and balance. Do you have 2 pilots or 1? If 1, could just be the offset weight of a single pilot.

The real-world aircraft does have a difference in elevator deflection angles on each side of neutral (+16 degrees and -8 degrees off the top of my head), so it is expected behaviour to see the difference in movement range. However, from my discussions with our flight model developer, the difference in elevator deflection angle on either side of neutral is something MSFS doesn't handle all too well, so the small deflection angle is necessary in order to preserve the handling qualities of the aircraft. Essentially, even with that small deflection angle that you are seeing in the latest build, the aircraft should have a similar level of effectiveness as if it had the larger deflection angle. Hope that helps. Mark - Just Flight

@village1111 said in LEPA - No ILS and no other approaches since SU 11 possible: Hello, after SU 11 there are no ILS approches and also no other like VOR DME, RNAV possible at this airport. The developer of this airport should be an upgrade publishing. More information find in the MS Flight Simulator Forum: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/airports-with-custom-ils-broken-since-su11/557724 I hope for an fast solution. Your best bet would be to let Just Flight suppport know and they can look into it. There is a link on the website www.justflight.com https://www.justflight.com/support

@ifrit The only thing I've found that shuts off the engines (and it's not in the checklist) are the Engine Starters (the ones under the covers). Dean maintains a very active Discord channel, support is much better there. Hopefully I can paste a link here to it: https://discord.gg/bSnV87x9 I asked in Discord, and the checklist is out of date, one of the Devs sent me a YouTube of the shutdown, which is basically the same I've developed on my own. https://youtu.be/gYfV51Zfj2Q

@starpirat said in Curtiss Commando: so many airliners in MSFS now its enough to make me gag and pilots in the sim dont think past them for getting new aircraft. Dont get me wrong i like flying them but there are other great aircraft that can be had. But recently there was a free release of the DC-3 or C-47 This has been a very popular aeroplane in the community and its become my fav now in MSFS2020. In FSX i had your version of Curtiss C-46 Commando. I would love to see this worked on and be ported over to MSFS2020 and most of the work on it has already been done, it just has to be converted to MSFS2020 protocols. This would be an amazing Please think about this . Starpirat Not developed in-house by us and is quite old in software terms. It would have to be built pretty much from scratch for MSFS.

@mrrick said in Air Hauler 2 MSFS discount: @derek said in Air Hauler 2 MSFS discount: If you bought direct from JF you would have been sent an email when the MSFS version was released. Had a look back and can't seem to find the email, what can we do? It was sent on 8th December 2020 if that helps? If not, your best bet would be to get in touch with JF support.

@taipan303 said in Notification of updates: @derek it's nothing to do with point 1. Your point 1 was about a new customer buying a product and the T&Cs etc. The whole 5 point process you described is the status quo. I wouldn't be making a suggestion if that process wasn't bad. My suggestion wasn't about the purchase process or the 5 point process you have - my suggestion is for something NEW. My suggestion is to allow a customer to re-subscribe manually to product updates. It doesn't matter if there was a previous unsubscription, because permission is given anew by re-subscribing. There's no company in the world I've ever dealt with that doesn't allow someone to subscribe again overriding previous unsubscriptions. If they ever did I'd just change my email address but I don't have to because when I re-subscribe it's explicit permission to email me again. I think you're arguments are just hashing over the reason why I didn't receive emails originally... when I just want to suggest something new and it's not being understood. I do get the point - you are asking for a system that, when someone has unsubscribed, they can resubscribe but only to receive product updates. Definitely possible in theory. But.... I am not sure how receptive the mail services would be to such a suggestion and whether the work involved would pay off or open us up to spamming accusations. Customers would have to know they needed to reusbscribe after unnsubscribing and I am not sure that many customers are affected. For most "go away and stop bothering me" really does mean that.

See? Patience really is a virtue Sorry for the long-time P3D users but very happy for the rest of us (and me). Commercially from a JF view, this has to be as close to a no-brainer as you're going to get. Now I can start checking the in dev page constantly waiting for news on a -200F variant

@saki86-0 said in Issues with Air Hauler 2, unable to create support ticket: @derek clicking on the "customer" part brought me here ) I used the URL directly down to me in my AirHauler Error Message. That's a link to the login button or the 'check ticket status' button. The link to the 'raise a new ticket' is the one I sent you. Very odd. No-one else has reported this issue so will leave it at that for the moment.
