    @Redduc

It's been our biggest selling title of all time, so if it doesn't work for you I'd recommend contacting Just Flight support.

    Hello,

It would be great to have a retro airliners AI Traffic package for model matching on Vatsim or other online networks.

There are currently no native AI traffic models for B727's, b707's, DC-10's, or Concords

Airlines that have retired their 757's and 767's like AA no longer have models that match if you've updated the free ai traffic packages that exist to their most updated versions.

It would be great to see ATA / AA / TWA / NWA / CO 757s, 727s, and DC-10s in the virtual skies again. Especially as developers release their new higher fidelity 727's / 757's / 767's / MD-11s / DC-10s / 707s and many people are flying them on Vatsim, with no suitable model or livery to match. Please consider, this would be a great addition to AI Traffic, I would definitely purchase it.

@Mark Hi! Yes, I have read your statement. However, what I asked for was an installer for the fleet only into MSFS 2024. Because the fleet can still be used with for example Beyond ATC as I understand it. However at the moment not possible to install into correct community folder.

    Best regards Jan

There are no plans at the moment to add split scimitars or to adjust the exit door configurations on the FS Traffic 737 fleet, however, I have logged this on our internal feature request tracker as something to consider for a future update.

There are no plans at the moment to add the A330NEO as there weren't many of them in operation in the years that the FS Traffic schedules are based on. This is something we'll log on our internal feature request tracker though as something to consider in a future update.

@Muadib said in Is FS TRAFFIC abandoned?:

    Last update was in 2023.

Well over a year and about eight updates after it was released. Not brave - just pointing out that it went 'somewhere' after we released it.

Understand, partially, as I guess the only reason why only big international airports seem correct, is that you don't notice strange variety of GA aircrafts there, but it stands out at smaller airports?

    https://docs.flightsimulator.com/msfs2024/html/5_Content_Configuration/Environment/Living_World/Traffic.htm?agt=index

Then, just my two cents, as I've only read the limited information about traffic in the SDK and know nothing about the inner workings of FS Traffic:

I belive Asobo and Microsoft are the ones who can manage to get the AI-system to properly function. (report traffic behaviour issues you see to them, as precise and concretely as possible)

I belive a third party will be needed to get all relevant liveries and aircraft types to be represented in MSFS 2024

I painted many of the liveries for FS Traffic, including A319,A320,A330,A350 in ITA liveries. I'd be as disappointed as you if they weren't there .... so back to 2020 and check it out.... loaded into Rome and the first thing I see is ....

FS Traffic is not officially compatible with FS Hud so this isn't something we would be confident in answering. We do, however, have FS Hud compatibility logged as a feature request on our internal trackers.

With the release of MSFS24 tomorrow, what are the plans for the next update?
Will the update for the MSFS20 version finally be released?
Will there be a product update for the MSFS24 version?
Some clarification on this would be nice.

This seems even more important now with the news that FSLTL have removed their FSHud support! We now have to either use AIG or the simulator's live traffic, neither of which are great options.

Flights generated by FS Traffic will activate at the time stated in the Traffic Control Centre "Schedules Manager". They will then run through their pre-flight routines (connecting the jetway, baggage loaders, etc) before pushing back from the gate. This process can take up to 15 minutes depending on how many ground services interact with the aircraft. To speed up this process, you can go to Aircraft Manager > Ground Services > Set No Ground Services > Save Changes. This will remove all ground services from the aircraft, allowing them to push back within a few minutes of their scheduled departure time.

It is also worth considering that FS Traffic uses the in-game time when activating flights. So any changes to the in-game time after loading into an aircraft can prevent FS Traffic flights from activating flights. For example, a flight that is scheduled to depart at 10:00 will not activate if the in-game time is changed to 16:00.

For further information on how you can use the Traffic Control Centre to customise your FS Traffic experience, we would recommend having a read of the FS Traffic manual.

    Hope that helps.

Wow! They did it! I completed a flight using live MSFS traffic, and it’s identical to FR24. I also tried the latest version of FSLTL, and it’s working too! They’re able to control all traffic in MSFS2020, and I didn’t notice any performance degradation!

I've just had a look and the Caribbean Airlines 737-8 MAX is listed in the "Just Flight 737-8" aircraft.cfg on my side. It's listed under [FLTSIM.6] in my list, although that may differ on your install depending on if you have modified the list.

I can see that the livery is actually listed as "BelgianWorldAirlines", which I believe is an issue with the database FS Traffic is using as it's pulling an older airline that used to use the "BWA" ICAO code before Caribbean Airlines. I'll bring this up with the development team to see if we can get that updated for the next update.

Thanks Derek. I now fully understand and will await the update when it's released. While it correct I started the post, I only did so in response to a post above titled "Update change logs - V1.0.7 pending (Edited 20/08/2024)" which was locked and I couldn't reply in that post. That's what made me ask about V7.

    Thanks again though.

    Regards.

We have just investigated this and it looks like there is a scenery issue with some of the airports included in World Update XVIII that is preventing Ai traffic from generating at those airports.

The following thread on the official MSFS forums has some other users who are experiencing no traffic at the LOWS included with this world update: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/polls-world-update-xviii-germany-austria-and-switzerland/652756

Unfortunately, I don't believe there will be anything we can do to help this on our side, so hopefully, Asobo/Microsoft can release an update to the airport soon to fix this.
