No traffic appearing-2024

Anything more with this? I'm experiencing this issue. FSDT say it's not an issue their side. I'm speaking to JF support who've been polite and helpful but this is getting a little frustrating now in that the product doesn't appear to function.

If you're already in touch with Just Flight Support, then you're already in the best place. Unfortunately, behaviours such as this that can't be replicated by our development or testing teams can take some time to troubleshoot. Any logs/further information sent to our support team are being sent to the FS Traffic development team for further investigation.
I do recall in MSFS 2020 that there was an undocumented object count limit that would 'cull' objects once a certain limit had been reached. For example, if one had FS Traffic and GSX installed and in operation at a highly detailed third-party airport, the number of objects in the simulator could exceed the limit, and the sim would start to cull/unload some objects to remain under that limit. The first thing that the simulator would cull was Ai Traffic.
The only way to control this limit is for each user to decide which product they'd like to see fewer objects from. The number of FS Traffic Ai Traffic can be reduced using the 'Time Before Departure Value (Mins)" in the TCC, the 'Extra Ground Clutter' option can be disabled within GSX, and extra Ground Clutter, People, Interiors, etc. can sometimes be disabled in some third-party sceneries.
That was all in MSFS 2020 though, I am not sure if there is an object count limit in MSFS 2024 as it's not something I have personally come across yet. With the current Performance/VRAM issues that many users are experiencing in MSFS 2024, there may also be performance-based object culling occurring, so the above points may still be valid for MSFS 2024, as they will also improve performance.

There is no option to remove ground clutter in GSX for 2024. I've tried to lower the 'time before departure' and that doesn't work. My settings are correct within MSFS. Nothing works. I've seen that someone else has said it goes away when uninstalling GSX. But I consider it integral to MSFS and thus I'm not willing to uninstall it. I'm not really getting anywhere with support even though they are being polite and courteous so at this point I feel like my only option is to uninstall it and use something like FSLTL.

Seems with GSX Pro uninstalled, FS Traffic AI traffic will spawn alright but with GSX Pro installed, FS Traffic AI traffic doesn't spawn-will ask FS Dreamteam.
Support agent has been super helpful so far.
@qwz020 Any luck with FSDT? When I spoke to them basically they said it's not their issue.

This thing is a mess, honestly. I don't really get annoyed with JF at all as their products are generally top notch but this is horrible, and has lots of problems. It doesn't work on mine, when it did work the aircraft all had their reversers deployed, and now when trying to launch the control centre, it isn't coming up. repeatedly trying to launch it brings up a 'application already running' message. I'm sorry but this has been a complete waste of money for me. I'm uninstalling it permanently and using FSLTL.

We are sorry to hear that you're having an issue with FS Traffic. As always, the best place we can point you to for further support is Just Flight Support at the following link: https://www.justflight.com/support
Our support team will be best suited to provide further troubleshooting and assistance.
With regards to the actual traffic behaviour, such as the thrust reverser deployment, this is something that is entirely controlled by the simulator. FS Traffic generates and activates the traffic at the respective times, but the actual taxiing, takeoff, climb, cruise, approach, and landing are all controlled entirely by the core MSFS AI traffic engine. These same behaviours will affect all Ai traffic products that utilise the core MSFS Ai traffic engine. We have some areas of significant regression in the default Ai traffic behaviour in MSFS 2024 compared to the latest MSFS 2020 Sim Updates, so we can only hope that Ai traffic behaviour continues to be improved upon in future MSFS 2024 Sim Updates.
With regards to the "Application already running" message generated by the Traffic Control Centre, this is generated when another instance of the Traffic Control Centre app is already running. Any open instances of the Traffic Control Centre app will be shown either on the Windows Task Bar at the bottom of the screen, or in Task Manager listed as "trafficControlCentre.exe".
