I have a major problem since the last FS Traffic update (I think).
In fact, I no longer have any planes or traffic at the departure airports. I uninstalled FS Traffic and reinstalled it but that did not resolve the problem. I then uninstalled the last 3 airports that I purchased but that did not change anything. I have of course checked the FS traffic settings and Traffic settings in FS2020, everything is OK. I am a little desperate to see the airports completely empty.
Does anyone know about this anomaly? Everything was working fine internally before. Any kind souls to help me?

Your best bet would be to contact Just Flight Support. They should be able to help with this kind of thing.

My problem has been persisting for a few days. It has even gotten worse. It is very, very random and now, but at the arrival airport, nothing...sometimes only 1 plane (I am talking about large European airports). The support provided me with a single, ineffective response, and since then, nothing despite my emails in which I explain the problems I am experiencing as best I can. I remind you that everything was working perfectly! My flying experiences became boring and I lost money. -
@robains How long have you been waiting for a reply from support please? If you give me the ticket number I'll happily chase this up for you. In many cases the support team need to liaise with the developer when looking into issues and then that can take some time to sort out, test and feedback to the support guys. May or may not be the case but I can check for you if you wish. I don't want you spending money with us and having software that you can't use. Thanks
