Hi everyone, I have found two small issues with the GSX profile for the Fokker 100, and I wanted to share the adjustments that solved them for me. The first issue affects the forward passenger door. With the original position, the GSX stairs appear to make contact with the fuselage and repeatedly push or shake the aircraft while positioning themselves. Moving the forward passenger door point slightly farther away from the fuselage solved the problem: [exit1] pos = -1.70 11.94 0.27 0.00 The second issue affects the potable water service. With the original water connection position, GSX accepted the request but did not generate a water vehicle. After some testing, I found that the original connection point was too low for the GSX water vehicle. The vehicle only started appearing when the connection height was raised. However, using the same longitudinal position placed the truck very close to, or underneath, the wing. I therefore moved the water service point farther aft and slightly farther away from the fuselage. The following position works correctly for me and keeps the truck clear of the wing: waterpos = -1.90 -3.00 -0.05 With this change, the GSX potable water service works correctly and the truck parks clear of the wing. However, this is only a functional GSX workaround: the truck will no longer connect at the Fokker 100’s natural or real water service location. So far, this configuration has solved both issues: The forward stairs no longer contact or move the aircraft. The potable water vehicle is generated correctly. The water truck parks in a more suitable position, clear of the wing. It may be worth including similar adjustments in a future update of the official GSX profile.

Yes, we do plan to bring the latest livery_config.ini logic across to the RJ in the next update. Mark - Just Flight

I was wondering if you have any rough estimate for the Commander 114 release. I'm really looking forward to flying it and can't wait to add it to my hangar Thanks, and keep up the amazing work!

It looks like the correct TACAN frequency for the LKH TACAN is 39X. Mark - Just Flight

It’s a wonderful aircraft, but I’m unable to fly it in VR because of the cockpit proportions. I hope Just Flight may fix this in the future. None of their previous aircraft had issue like that.

Any update, I've recently moved from 2020 to 2024 and this was never an issue before. It's a real deal breaker from an immersion and usability perspective

I can't switch the engine master switch to start while in VR in MSFS 2020! It will go to 'on' ok but every time I click it to start it just goes back off again (I only have this problem in VR as the switch works perfectly in flat screen). I've noticed that if I'm behind the front seat the switch moves to start fine as I can click it from the back but while sitting in the front seat it just always goes back to off again and I cant get the mouse pointer behind the switch. Is there a problem with the switch sensitivity area in VR? I've tried configuring the engine master switch to a button on my Turtle Beach Velocity One throttle but none of the control options - toggle engine master switch etc seems to to anything.

Hey team, any chance you could release an 8k paintkit? I find that the liveries I produce are really blocky, I used an 8k upscaler to see if it would help on a livery I made and it made the lines seem smoother, but upscaling vs being native 8k is noticable. Even if you then create a 4k version of your livery by scaling down this would still be better than the other way around. I find the details are pretty fuzzy on the existing paintkit when looking at the aircraft in sim so hoping that could be improved.

Any Twin GA aircraft would be awesome but a PA-44 would probably be my choice too. Sim really needs a JF quality twin. My hope is at the very least in the spirit of bringing their planes over from previous sims they could bring their Duchess Model 76 to MSFS some time soon.

@gabe777 Yes, there will be a switch to hide the tablet, just like the PA28 aircraft.

@dharless Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble with the game. Here's what I'd suggest: Post up in the AH2 forum (details in the manual) and see if other users can offer suggestions. If that fails, contact Just Flight support. If AH2 is using up all your RAM it sounds like something is wrong with your setup.

@dadgametime Not only that, but both liveries for the -1000. I would definitely love to see that and some Canadian Regional liveries as well, as both airlines were operating them in the PacNW around the turn of the century.

@shutts Next time look at the volts on your battery. It was probably too low. Having the battery switched on while futzing with the radios and nav systems (with lighting on, too) will drain the battery fairly quickly, preventing the electronic fuel pump from working. You can recharge the battery from the EFB. You can also disable the “State Saving” feature and restart the flight from the Main menu—which will reinitialize everything (from a new [not saved] state).

@katchaplin Yes I am also thinking there may be a conflict with another add on. I removed all of my add on liveries for JF planes and have not had this type of issue repeat so far. So I don't think there is an issue with the GTN750/650. I just put back one recent livery for the Warrior and I will be looking to see if the random bugs come back. I have previously found strange bugs caused by custom interior add ons that had not been updated. I am also really enjoying the docile Warrior for relaxing flights as well as practicing instrument approaches. Don't know what JF did to make their aircraft handle so realistically. Thanks for your thoughts.

@jshrew98 said in Final approach (flaps?) problem: @dan-t I'm experiencing the same. Interesting that there are two of us. We could of course be imagining things both of us, but it really feels way more unstable now - I've not had any more crashes but it behaves the same. I have no idea which is the more realistic behavior. It certainly makes landings more... exciting? Before, I could more or less throw the aircraft in the general direction of the airport and be fine. Now much more care is necessary.

I second that. The aircraft is flying like a dream since your post WU5 updates. It remains my favourite aircraft ever.
