The 146 and RJ both simulate cabin temperature based on the selected air source and temperature selections, and take into account factors such as if the aircraft is in direct sunlight, or if one or more exterior doors are open. We did make some minor improvements to the Air Conditioning logic with the 146 v2.4 update that will be brought across to the RJ in the next update, but that's primarily related to the DUCT TEMP / CABIN TEMP relationship and rate of change. @FrecciaKing Just to be clear, it's not in "reverse" with the power lever at idle. It's at ground idle. In flight, the power lever will be locked out of the beta range unless you have the "unrestricted beta range" option enabled on the tablet's options page. There are three ranges: The normal (flight) range down to "flight idle". The beta (ground) range down to "ground idle". The reverse range. I don't have any specific FSUIPC scripts to achieve what you're looking for (everyone wants something slightly different), but I know there are a lot of FSUIPC scripting experts on the forum. Hopefully one of them will see this post and provide the help where I lack expertise!

Some results from experimenting at KSMO... The FMC won't allow you to have a single waypoint flight plan. It requires at least two waypoints. You cannot repeat the same waypoint twice in a row, but you can have a waypoint twice in a flight plan as long as there's a different waypoint in between. i.e. KSMO - SMO - KSMO. Starting the flight plan from a non-airport waypoint is permissible. i.e. SMO-KSMO or DARTS-KSMO. The second allowed me to load the RNAV 21 approach from DARTS iaf without duplicating the DARTS waypoint. Probably the better option if you know in advance which approach you want to load. However... The DIRECT page will allow you to select a close by airport even with an empty flight plan. Selecting KSMO from the DIRECT page generates a flight plan ----/KSMO, which then does allow you to load any approach without needing a "junk" starting waypoint. This might actually be my preferred way of doing it now.

You need LVAR:OVHD_ELEC_ExtAC - it's a 3 position rocker switch and I have it set to increase by 1 and then rolling back over to 0 after 2. The three positions are 0,1,2
