I certainly thought about doing that, but I couldn't think of an easy and meaningful way to implement the drift that would result from that. If I come up with something, I will certainly add it. Sometimes it just takes one good walk outside to come up with the right solution.

Great question! Those original POH's for Starship are actually quite outdated and inaccurate as far as the avionics are concerned. I found many errors that must have been present when the aircraft was first delivered, but the software also received major updates well into the aircraft's life. As a result, there are many features I experienced while visiting the aircraft that are not documented in those original handbooks.
