edit: to answer my own question, change to my liking the parameter in the engines.cfg file under carb_heat_delta_temp. Changed to 80rpm and now matches the PA28 I fly, awesome :ok_hand:

@sebastianr yes, it literally is just like that when waiting for an answer. I had to prompt on the dev support forum for a question that had been waiting 6 months for an answer. I know they are a small group for a big game, but anything flight model related seems to struggle to be answered, either satisfactorily or at all.

In terms of 'quietly working on it', I have been doing that for far too long for it to be economically viable😂 nearly a year now, and I have run out of ideas given that most of the Asobo flight model does not really make sense either aerodynamically or geometrically, and the SDK has been followed as far as was possible given the state of it back then and, to an extent, now!

So we really are in their hands unfortunately, and believe me I am as disappointed about that as you are.

@retiredman93231 Thanks about the VFR Pilot view info. I actually never knew there were IFR/VFR view presets. I did fix this problem elsewhere however... It's the General Options -> Camera -> Height slider. It was 60 for some reason. Setting it to 50 gives something close to my second image.

So never mind, I finally figured it out!

In the title line of the aircraft.cfg, "Custom" must be appended to the end of the title name, otherwise no dynamic tail reg will appear.

@delta558 thanks for the update, that sounds great. Hopefully they stop making all these changes to the sim core flight model which require add-on updates each time

Just send a ticket to support myself. Same issue as the Turbo Arrow with the pitch jerks. Had hoped it would be very minor, like the normal Arrow since it is even slower. Turns out is it as bad or even worse then the Turbo Arrow. Really gutted.

@tyso Unfortunately that's not a feature of MSFS, it's just the digital displays that can be popped out.

@jmarkows I'm stilling seeing the same issue after a full reinstall. I'm not relying on Auto. I have the mic set to com 1, Receive settings: Auto (off middle), com 1 (phone), com 2 (phone). Com 1 freq is set to CTAF and com 2 is set the AWAS. I can't hear the weather on com 2 until I switch the mic to Com 2. Very odd. I tested this in C172 classic and it worked fine. Is there another flag to tell the sim this capability exists?
