Thank you for your replies and insights Mark - I will update this thread periodically to note any behavior changes when new updates are released if that would be helpful for your team.

Hello Mark, Thank you for your reply and for passing this on to the development team. I just wanted to let you know that I managed to control CRS1 successfully by using offset 0C4E (NAV1 OBS) for the course. I appreciate your support and the updates you’re considering for the RJ! Best regards, Emmanuel

Thanks for raising this. You are correct that the navdata does not include gates so the FMS will not generate coordinates in that field. We will update the manual in the next RJ Professional update to reflect the FMS's behaviour in the simulator more closely. Mark - Just Flight

Thanks for raising this. The compact PFD is not simulated in the RJ Professional, so we will update the manual in the next RJ Professional update to reflect this. Mark - Just Flight

This is something we have logged on our internal feature request tracker as something to investigate in the future, however, it's not something we are currently working on. Mark - Just Flight

I will try that. Makes sense. I know in some A/C that if you use VSpeed to descend it will make a smoking hole in the ground.

@Mark said in Problems Starting On Runway: In the meantime, pressing the "Ready To Fly" button as soon as it becomes available during the pre-flight cinematic should allow the aircraft's save state to initialise correctly. That seems to work Mark, many thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. Whilst the amount of light sources is always a balancing act between performance and visuals, we can take a look at this ahead of the next update to the RJ to see if anything can be improved. Mark - Just Flight

Yes, I do look at the wing very often, especially during longer cruise segments. These days wing flex is something one can reasonably expect, especially from a product in this price range. Nonetheless, I have faith in the talented JF development team and I hope they will add this feature in an upcoming update. This, the lack of route depiction in the Navigraph enroute charts and the lack of a flex temp calculator are the two main reasons why I am not buying the ARJ. Too many things missing at the moment.

I have just tested this and the nose wheel steering/rudder is functioning the same in 2020 and 2024 on my side, regardless of the "Rudder Steering Axis" option on the EFB. I don't believe we have ever had any logic in the RJ to slightly move the nose wheel steering with the "Rudder Steering Axis" EFB option enabled, but the rudder will become more effective as airspeed increases. So the rudder will become more effective as the aircraft gathers speed on the ground, or when wind speed increases. Mark - Just Flight

@captjames747 Hi, The above reply worked OK for me with my Steam installation. However, I have since again abandoned MSFS 2024 as I have not found enough advantage in it when compared to MSFS 2020.

Found it next to the FMS CDU, don't know how I missed it.
