EFB Keyboard Missing Sometimes

Is anyone else missing the keyboard in the EFB sometimes? Reloading the aircraft seems to fix the issue. When I click on cargo fuel or pax counters the KB doesn't show up. Not sure if I'm missing something or if its a known bug?

This isn't something i can replicate on my side, so could I kindly ask you to raise a ticket with Just Flight Support at the following link: https://www.justflight.com/support
In the ticket, if you could provide as many details as possible about how to replicate the issue, ideally including a screenshot/video, then our support team will be able to properly investigate this and log it on our internal bug tracking system if necessary.
