On a few flights, I get a caution just after going airborne. I'm pretty sure I'm not tail striking and everything is in the right config. Is there anything else that could be causing it?

Is the MWS in the normal mode? IE Not in ground mode? What appears on the annunciator panel?

I get it too, more often than not. It beeps and flashes once and that's it. Nothing adverse happens. I just ignore it.

I also get this spurius warning. I have to say I dont manipulate the MWS switch in my procedures... Do you have an item where you do something with it before takeoff? I thought it only operates the lights test and shows that ground mode is active when red light is on.

It will be a NIPS warning, usually an air switch. Quite possibly the FRESH switch that should be in RECIRC.

@Rhinozherous I generally push the mws switch inwards so it is not illuminated. This way the warnings are not suppressed like they are in ground mode.

Aha, I will check that. Thank you very much!
