Finally, the issue was caused because I tried SU4. I was really not expecting that. Now back to su3. Thanks!

I see that there were mentions of tip-tank transfer in the checklists within the manuals (but not with the in-game checklists). I have removed those now, thank you. The aircraft modeling in the Baron Professional are equipped with integral fuel tanks, which freely flow together, and do not require any pumps to transfer fuel. The same goes for the Turbine Bonanza, which is actually created from a B36TC, which comes from the factory with the Baron's wings and increased fuel capacity. Hope that answers your question!

@Guenseli I don't have a streamdeck but I see you have the target cabin temp on one of the buttons.. what variable provides that? Edit: Found it: L:var_cabinTemperatureSetPoint

Hi, I'm on SU3. When I fly the Bonanza with tip tanks (cold and dark setup) and I'm ready for takeoff on the runway, I turn on my strobe lights. Something I notice with all the Black Square planes I have is that when you're on the ground, the strobe isn't very visible, but once in the air, they flash fairly clearly in daylight. I'm less concerned about the navigation lights, because they can indeed be difficult to see in daylight, especially if they're the old classic lights. But what really bothers me is the lack of a visible beacon in daylight, even though I'm sure two or three other developers manage to simulate a clearly visible beacon light in daylight. I have no idea whether they're doing a workaround or just programming differently. I hope one day we'll have a nice visible beacon. But don't get me wrong, these Black Square planes are simply fantastic, and I'm sure they'll get even better with updates. I Really hope with SU4 the lights don't get messed up any further.

As I just said in a related topic about throttle control: "I do absolutely nothing special regarding the throttle control in this aircraft compared to any default aircraft." Unfortunately, I think that means the issue is on your end. I might suggest creating a ticket with Just Flight Support, as they have a lot of experience troubleshooting every type of hardware imaginable. If you don't get anywhere with that, please let me know!

@baronizy Just a quick heads-up — there’s a G1000 retrofit solution currently available that might be of interest. As far as I know, it’s the only option at the moment: Black Square King Air 350i Analog Overhaul – G1000 NXi Mod Hope this helps!

That's a great looking simulator you have in your profile picture! Is that a real control column? As someone else already pointed out, by B58 will never be a factory G58, but since it looks like your simulator is a pre-1984 Baron, then you probably won't mind a retrofit solution. Here is an example of how a home cockpit builder retrofitted a G1000 into my King Air for his purposes. I think this could provide exactly the experience that you're looking for by blending my aircraft with your home cockpit.

Oh, trust me, I know... We've been asking Asobo to fix this on the developer forums for quite some time now. It's one of the many reasons that I was hesitant to bring my aircraft over to MSFS 2024 for as long as I was, because there are so many issues that get in the way of enjoyable flying in all conditions, even if the graphics are generally improved over MSFS 2020.

@jmarkows said in Turbocharger ops below critical alt: I thought it's the last column on the 800, but I need to study the manual again because it's been a bit. You are right, it is the last column, just found this part in the manual - Quote: "The seventh column will display the oil temperature on a percent scale only when a turbocharger is not installed, otherwise, TIT will be displayed with the column, and oil temperature will be displayed as the single segment."

Did a few short CapFrameX tests yesterday in my new Baron Pro. Very pleased with the results. Parked at KSEZ I was getting a steady 52 FPS with excellent interframe latency. Flying at 6,000 ft. over the Sacramento Valley I was seeing 72 FPS. Those numbers are right up there with the best aircraft I've flown. I didn't check VRAM usage, but I never have an issue with that. BTW, performance in the Bonanza Pro was pretty much the same. Well done. I noticed that in level flight @ 165 KIAS with AP Altitude Hold ON elevator trim is around -34. Is that normal? ASRock X870E Nova WiFi, 7950X3D, 3090 Ti/24GB, 64GB DDR-6000/CL30, 1Gb fiber, WiFi 7. 4K DLSS Quality, mostly Ultra/High (TLOD 200), FSLTL, Live Weather. Now it's time to learn the systems and program my Streamdecks in SPAD.

A fuel factor of P32 looks to work good for max cruise power of 33 in/2400 rpm cruise (in the flight levels). Just finished a long overwater flight from WIEE to VRMG (1635nm) and finished with 10 gallons in each tank using the factory POH recommended economy cruise power of 24 in/2200 rpm for 10.3 gal/side @ 24,000ft. A fuel factor of P25 looks to work good for long range cruise.
