Cabin Pressurization controller - rotating a scale clockwise?

Cabin Pressurization controller.
The left mouse button can only be used to rotating a scale counterclockwise.
Rotating a scale clockwise can be performed only using the scroll mouse wheel, but very slowly.

Is it possible to speed up rotating a scale clockwise?

I bet your moving your mouse up and down - try moving it left and right while holding the left mouse button. I'm able to scroll quickly both directions.

Same thing for the cowl flaps - took me a while to figure that out.
