Thanks, saw it today as well ok their Discord. Any way it underlines that the nav device & autopilot model are interconnected by the Working Title technology that is under limited control by Black Square. Hope they'll have a solution soon (PMS50 + WTT package still working fine on my end).

While I understand the demand by some users, I don't believe this is the right aircraft for "CTRL+E". On the other hand, after getting used the flows and omitting the pre-flight checks, getting the aircraft up and running goes pretty fast.

Tablet with state saving is not available.

Another advanced option could be changing the .flt files, i.e. assigning the runway.flt (ready for takeoff) to the apron state (cold and dark).

@Black-Square One more.. @ark just alerted me to the fact that the AP button when disconnecting the autopilot, also disconnects PIT mode. The red yoke button does not do that. I suspect that the following is the culprit:
(A:AUTOPILOT THROTTLE MAX THRUST, bool) if{ (>K:AUTO_THROTTLE_TO_GA) }
If I remove that line, the problem goes away..
Remaining question: Why does the AP button turn off YD, but the red yoke button does not? Is that intentional?

TBH .... re TBM .... lol ..... this is the only reason I'm considering the incoming PC12.

They're pretty identical in many ways but the extra GTN 650 makes things a little easier.

As I use the TDS there's so many useful pages to bring up simultaneously.

Activate FD and horizontal/vert modes to guide you after take off.

Clean up, then ensure you trim aircaft correctly before activating AP.

It's not a 747.

I made another post about this, but the loud whiny prop noise inside the aircraft is the worst aspect of the sounds. I am not sure why Asobo used this odd sounding prop noise for the interior...it's something you might here outside of the aircraft. The default Caravan does not have this effect and sounds pretty good. Not sure what happened on the TBM. Hopefully a custom sound pack will be added at some point..it really would make this aircraft one of the best in the sim.

I have no real world experience with the TBM and it's engine sounds. However, as a workaround you can reduce the engine sound level in the MSFS settings. Nevertheless I'm also hoping for a general overhaul of the sounds.
