Heading Bug bug
-
When using my Honeycomb Bravo throttle I have intermittent operation when pressing the physical HDG button on the Bravo, sometimes it does nothing, other times it auto aligns with the aircraft heading.

I just checked the code on this one. The heading select knob on the EFIS in the TBM uses default Asobo behavior to control the heading bug, including the push-to-sync function. This means that it should work as it does in any other aircraft, nor should it be overridden by anything in my code.
Looking at the default code, this function may be accessible to external hardware with the B:Var "Heading_Sync", though I have never attempted to do this myself. Alternatively, the code run by that function is very simple, if you wanted to implement it in a 3rd party control binding application yourself: (A:HEADING INDICATOR, degrees) (>K:HEADING_BUG_SET)
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions, or can help clear this up for other users.

Hi, thanks for reply, the strange this is it varies in behaviour with the same hardware and settings
