    This isn't behaviour we have seen on our side or have seen previously reported. Could you kindly raise a ticket with Just Flight Support at the following link and include information such as the flight plan the behaviour was observed on, and which AIRAC cycle nav data is being used at the time?     Thank you! That was my problem. I thought it would cause the gauge to go to full when testing. The tank was indeed empty. Trying it with fuel in the center tank let everything work fine. Thanks again

    Hi Mark, thanks for the reply. Would you have the old cockpit camera preset file? The new one no longer has the overhead panel view on mine. It used to be CTRL+7 and CTRL+8 I believe.

    At the moment, the only way the UNS-1 display could be placed on another monitor would be to open it as a 2D window (hold ALT and left-click on the display) and then drag the window to where it's desired. The more advanced methods of making an FMS compatible with phone/tablet apps is something we've had a couple of requests for, however, it's just not an area we have ever investigated before. It's not something we would be confident in committing to until we have properly researched what work may be involved in something like this, but we have added it to our internal feature request tracker as something to possibly look into for a future update.     This is intentional logic as we limit the number of passengers/cargo that can be loaded into the aircraft to prevent large weight and balance configurations that may be significantly outside of the aircraft's centre of gravity range. I have raised this on our internal feature request tracker as something to possibly investigate further ahead of a future update. Mark - Just Flight

    Understood. I may be a lone wolf crying in the wilderness on this, but it's an unsightly eyesore on an otherwise delightful product and I really hope you'll invest the necessary development time to fix it soon.

    The FUEL VALVE control assignments can be used to move the fuel levers in the F28. For example, SET ENGINE 1 FUEL VALVE and SET ENGINE 2 FUEL VALVE, and I believe the respective TOGGLE assignments should also be supported. Mark - Just Flight

    Without GSX Handling enabled, GSX would just treat the F28 as a generic aircraft. It would still provide the same services (boarding, refueling, pushback, etc.) but it wouldn't sync with the F28s systems logic and there would be no effect on the aircraft's weight. Mark - Just Flight

    The go-around procedure can be found on Page 221 of the F28 Operations Manual (it's quite hidden away in there!): https://downloads.justflight.com/products/JFF003039/F28_Professional_MSFS_Manual_v2.pdf At the moment, the only time the co pilot callouts are reset is at the end of a flight after the passenger door has been opened. We'll add an option to reset them in flight this to our internal feature request tracker as something to look into for a future update. I seem to recall the callouts being quite finicky to find triggers for to allow them to only trigger at the correct stage of flight, so unfortunately, I wouldn't like to guarantee that this one will get added in the short term. Missed approach procedures aren't currently support in the UNS-1. It's something we have logged on our internal feature request tracking for a future update. Mark - Just Flight

  • Cannot turn on APU after landing

    Happened again today, but this time I noticed that the APU main swith was in the ON position when landing. I must have forgotten to turn it off after starting the engines. (You are supposed to let the APU wind completely down before turning it off, so I tend to finish the before taxi flow first, making it easy to forget). I got the APU to start while taxiing in by turning the APU master off and waiting a bit, then trying again.

    I ran into a similar problem today where I lost both engines. I couldn't figure out how to restart them with no bleed air. The procedures in the manual only work for one engine outage but not two. There is only one reference to a "windmilling option" in the manual, but it doesn't have many details and keeping above 200 knots does not provide any bleed air pressure.     On the Audio Selector Panel, the square buttons along the top of the panel are transmit buttons for the respective radios, and the circular buttons are receive buttons. Whilst looking into this, I have just spotted a potential bug in that logic though, which I've logged on our internal bug tracker. We'll get that investigated ahead of the next update.
