Weather radar intermittent INOP

In maybe 1 out of 3 flights the weather radar refuses to start when I press the "STBY" button.

Battery and APU Gen3 are on, and both radio masters are on. Anything else I might have overlooked?

This is something that we are aware of and we have it logged on our internal bug trackers. Unfortunately, it's proven to be a tricky bug to track down and find reliable steps to reproduce.
