Regardless of which version and livery I select, the registration on the pilot/copilot panels is N4037E.

Is there a way to change that? I can't seem to find anything in the EFB.

The registration on the cockpit registration placard will be based on the registration/tail number set in the MSFS Main Menu prior to the flight. The logic of this is slightly different depending on which simulator you are using.

In MSFS 2020, having a custom registration/tail number set in the main menu will force that registration to appear in the cockpit. If that field is left blank, the registration on the cockpit placard will display the registration of the currently selected livery.

In MSFS 2024, a random registration/tail number is assigned in the main menu and that will be displayed in the cockpit. Unlike in MSFS 2020, if that registration/tail number is deleted the registration displayed in the cockpit will revert to a generic Asobo registration instead of the registration of the currently selected livery. The only way to have the liveries correct registration displayed in the cockpit is to manually enter the registration in the main menu prior to the flight. This logic we believe will be fixed in the upcoming MSFS Sim Update 2 so that it will function like the MSFS 2020 version.

    Hope that helps.

You can't delete the registration in the settings but what I have done is just put a single space there instead and then the correct reg is then used in the cockpit.

So a space in Tail Number. I also do same in Flight Number.
