LIFTDUMPER IN illumnation In C&D Situation

When every I start from a C&D cockpit and go through all the check-lists I can never get the LIFTDUMPER IN to illuminate, if I start with the engines running, it lit up.
Not sure what I am doing wrong, I even checkout other videos and noticed none of them has the LIFTDUMPER IN light illuminated.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
