We haven't been able to reproduce the issue with the parking brake handle so please get in touch with our support team via a ticket if you are still encountering that so we can investigate further.

Please refer to the change log thread for info on other upcoming fixes - https://community.justflight.com/topic/1806/update-change-logs-v0-9-0-released-edited-09-11-21

Unfortunately I have no experience of using FSUIPC offsets but the PA28 uses SimConnect to intercept various control events like flaps and the fuel selector and then process them using our custom code, so there might be an issue there. However nothing has changed in our code since SU6 so it'd be worth speaking to the developer of FSUIPC.

I've never used that function myself (didn't even know it existed), but there is a complaint about the same issue on Avsim. I suggest you file a zendesk request.

Found it - Apparently the profile for the stick set a double assignment to the twisting axis, one for the rudder, one for the NWS that just increases or decreases the value without auto-centring.
    Thanks for the help!

I've sometimes had this when I inadvertently activated pushback.

Don't know if you're being sarcy but it also puts people off buying stuff too.

This "hidden" support system is not very popular.

Really? On the contrary, I think Just Flight's Support Ticket system works well and it only takes a few minutes. The support they provide is one of the reasons I buy their products.

What BernieV suggested works nicely for me.

@anderson The ticket was resolved with the understanding that the issue has been passed to the dev team to investigate and that "A fix will likely be included in the next update to the Arrow III (for MSFS)", without an ETA. That's good enough for me.

@harry_w Nope, the only mod I have that only affects the Arrow is a replacement for the prop animation. I use the "standard" Working Title Garmin upgrades, a UI modification (just changing the style and size of aircraft nameplates), a couple of realism mods for default aircraft (DA40-NGX, DA62X, JPL 152, HPG A5, WT CRJ), a handful of purchased aircraft, and the rest is scenery. Nothing fancy.

No idea what's going on, and so far the performance issues have not returned, in spite of adding more and more add-ons with every MFS restart. Fortunately, I recently discovered the "MSFS Addons Linker", which makes enabling/disabling add-ons rather painless.

@gaboro Can't help you with the calculations (but I am interested in them too), but the real POH also lists descend performance for 146 KIAS and 100 FPM descent.

    @aurel
I made new images by doing a circular blur of the original prop texture in GIMP, front and back. I hated the VR wobble and the stroboscopic appearance of the prop. I just think it looks more real this way.
I ran them for a long time as just replacement textures, but finally figured out how to make a community folder package!

Your blurred gray disks gave me the idea!

@phantoms No they aren't animated in the Warrior at least. Really should be.

@martyn Fantastic! I can't say I've been surprised, but I've been very impressed with the speed at which the JF team handles updates and fixes. Thank you!

Thanks for the answer, it does not correspond with the problem I have, I have no crosswind problems (I did tests in the total absence of wind) mine is a problem of deadlift moment in takeoff and moment of landing gear touch. land in the landing, everything that happens immediately before is all right ..
unfortunately with Translate it is not clear when it advises to vary the steering angle or maybe I understood so myself .. can you give me some advice here? as it is now the plane is practically unusable ...
    Thanks David

Asobo has since added a simvar that would allow the ident button to function properly. I believe it is 'TRANSPONDER IDENT:1'

Edit: JF has confirmed this feature is coming in future updates. :clapping_hands: :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

    All,

I believe after some testing I have managed to resolve the broken Pipers issue. I tried many things and nothing seemed to work and then it struck me that I hadn't switched to a compeletely different plane. So, I switched to the default Cessna (the original 172) and started a flight. I then put myself back in the Piper Arrow IV and all was, once again, right with the world. I just completed a 2hr flight to El Paso and it was a great flight!

I'd like to thank you all for your help and I hope the above notes serve to help another.

    Good day.

@retiredman93231 said in PA28 0.9.0 ailerons not working:

@phantoms, It sounds like your autopilot might be ON... If you turn on the autopilot while on the ground it will drive the ailerons hard over if the ROLL knob is centered.

Thank you for that advice. I finally had a good flight since SU5 and the Arrow 9.0 update.

The AP was switched off on the dash (If I use AP I usually control it with the Logitech Multipanel). I switched it on and back off and my ailerons started working correctly.

@szymek2392 Not automatically, only when you click them. But usually when I click the right yoke to show/hide it I accidentally pull a breaker and don't realize so it's still good to check
