    ive put in a ticket, maybe if we raise enough tickets someone will answer...........its a shame its a lovely aircraft.

    @Shado2k I have also put in a ticket and they recognize that its an issue. Will look into it but no time when the solution will be resolved.

    I have put in a list of what is not working yesterday so guess it is being looked into. They have been answering. Shame looks good. Fingers crossed something been missed in the download file. I have disk version.

    @Shado2k I've done the same. I agree, the aircraft is great otherwise, and I realize they're kind of in uncharted waters using external dlls and configs to handle more complex things, so it's understandable it's not perfect yet.

    I wonder why? I know MSFS is the newbie on the block but surely was it not tested it must be working for JF so why not steam and the disc set. surely JF with all their resource should have tested with steam and disk set? I will say they are very good and are still asking questions. One advantage is that I have learnt something of the file structure . Every cloud (excuse the pun) has a silver lining.

    @terrycornwall Get your coat for that pun ;), yes maybe when the testers have saved up enough pennies for the other versions we can get an even playing field, i'm sure they are squirrelling away in the background.

    this also applies to the MS Store version.
    Because of the problem, I've had a ticket since sunday.
    but nobody from the support reacts.
    if nothing happens by tomorrow evening, i would like a refund.

    Yes sure they are doing there best but sounds like the MSFS is really awkward to work with. Anyway fingers crossed for a result soon. Surprised you haven't heard ref your ticket .

    Guys, a quick update on this one for you.

    Apologies for the delay in replying to tickets and to replies in the forum.

    Lots of work behind the scenes going on trying to sort this issue and work on the best solution going forward for all. It's far from simple and the fact that it's a tiny percentage of people who are being affected by this issue makes it even trickier to work out and fix.

    One member of the support team who was active in this forum, offering at least updates for you if not actual solutions for you has had to endure a technical nightmare this week and has ended up with no PC to work with. Not anyone else's problem we know but it has slowed things right down. Not come at the best time and guess that's sods law for you.

    Anyway rest assured work continues behind the scenes and we know that the support team will be working hard to clear backlogs and to get back to you all with at least a progress report and some possible solutions for your ongoing security issues, soon.

    Hello guys, i see the latest reply is from March though i find myself with this Security Failure with Turbo Arrow (i have bought it just now) and i cannot solve this issue.
    I have a Steam version (only one user on PC). I also have Piper Arrow III which works fine.

    I unfortunately do not have userinfo.txt present in folder:
    AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\justflight-aircraft-pa28-turboarrow\work

    I only found .txt file in:
    AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\justflight-aircraft-pa28-arrow-iii\work

    Can please anybody help me?

    I have the same issue here. Just bought the Turbo Arrow yesterday and I have the same security failure issue. I also only have the steam version and am the only user on my PC. Tried re-downloading and installing with antivirus disabled, but the same security failure persists.

    Your best bet is to contact Just Flight support. They should be able to assist with this kind of thing.

    Posted a ticket too. I've tried suggestions in the support ticket as well and no luck unfortunately. Had no response for almost 3 days now.

    I have the same issue. I have reinstalled windows and MSFS 2020 and still getting the same issue.

    I have put in a ticket with Just Flight Support so will update here if I get a resolution.

    I have fixed it,

    Uninstall the Arrow. reboot PC. Load the sim, Log out of the sim, top right click your name log out. Dont log back in if asked. Close the sim, reboot PC. Start the sim Log back in. Close the sim reboot. Install the Arrow. Reboot. Launch the sim, load a flight mine now works.

    rebooting so many times may not be needed but dosent do any harm.

    I think the xBox ID isnt getting verified due to the amount of new players, refreshing the xBox ID on your system by logging out and logging back in may have some thing to do with it.
