Following up. In my case, when I was trying to intercept ILS RW05, it was indicating BKCRS on the right side of the PFD, leading me to believe that this was a Back Course ILS, which I'd sort of heard about but have never tried (no, I'm not a RWP yet). The Locator bug was on the right when I expected it to be on the left, so I decided to switch to RW23 The conditions were LIFR, so I decided to switch to RW23, but also got the same weirdness. I somehow managed to land by hand-flying the LOC/GS bugs (Flight director was still directing me away from the approach course, so AP was no help). (If real-world, I'd certainly have diverted.) Did this same scenario a day later, same result. Did it yesterday, but realized previously that I'd tuned the ILS on NAV1, but had the Glasgow VOR tuned on NAV2 (FO side) just for additional DME data. This time they were both tuned to the ILS, and everything worked perfectly, both runways. Unsure if this is expected? With JustFlight, I'd be 90% sure this is by design and not a bug. I'll try this again tonight, maybe switching NAV2 between the ILS and VOR to see if this is really the cause.

You have to convert files to .mp3. If it's .wav, it will not work.

@RPGamerous Thanks for your post. You are right, they do work with the scroll wheel but not when clicked as with the 2020 version.

Well, on second thought I am probably with @Paul-Cairns on this as i of course do lack the knowledge of the plane´s stalling and even flying characteristics. The fact that the stick pusher would run out of bleed air after (god forbid) continous operation (which it doesn´t in the sim) might also affect the planes behaviour to a large degree, so that´s that. IIRC (!) the stick pusher inhibit buttons would have to be pressed both at a time in case of a faulty stick pusher indication in order to actually inhibit the push... Could be wrong though but i don´t even think you can push two buttons at once with the given control scheme in any JF plane. I would also say that this systems is definitely too specific to be modelled. happy new year y´all

@BAEflyer said in Floating on landing: @nikita_567 try waiting a little until bringing out the spoilers. If you raise them to early (before the nose gear settling in) it induces said behaviour... Oh I see. I will try. Thanks

Unless JF RJ overrides it, the approach used by GSX does de-ice the aircraft. It's just an ugly way of getting the same result(-ish). However, that method will not give you any ice protection during the departure unless they run some code that keeps the anti-ice systems running for the duration of the holdover time (which I doubt they do).

This isn't something i can replicate on my side, so could I kindly ask you to raise a ticket with Just Flight Support at the following link: https://www.justflight.com/support In the ticket, if you could provide as many details as possible about how to replicate the issue, ideally including a screenshot/video, then our support team will be able to properly investigate this and log it on our internal bug tracking system if necessary. @jodle For flight plan imports in MSFS 2024, could you check to see if you have the "FlightPlans" folder located at the following file directory: C:\Users*USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\justflight-aircraft-rj\work\JustFlight\FlightPlans Mark - Just Flight

@Paul-Cairns said in Why would I be getting a caution light right after going airborn?: It will be a NIPS warning, usually an air switch. Quite possibly the FRESH switch that should be in RECIRC. Aha, I will check that. Thank you very much!

Mark, technically fuel can be transferred between tanks - but only while on the ground. Two procedures. The first is used by engineers, typically when using a fuel component, and requires total fuel content to be less than the capacity of a wing tank. For this procedure use is made of the refuel panel and its switches to move fuel from one tank to the other. The second procedure would normally be used by the pilots if they have somehow ended up with more than the 680kg fuel asymmetry permitted between wing tanks, and utilises the centre tank transfer system. It is considerably slower than the procedure that uses the refuel panel (above).
