Hi Mark, I'm trying to get me head around the lvars in the Vulcan which I got yesterday so I'll come back to this in a little while. I think from your reply you may have missed what I was trying to point out and that is, this only happens if I spawn at the runway ready for take off or use the efb ready to take off option. If I go through the rear cockpit config then through the startup in the front cockpit of course then this problem does not happen, so to me it's not a control assignment as it's the same in both cases. I've come of the Vulcan now to look again at the Hawk configs. I do have SET ENGINE 1 FUEL VALVE on my left eng switch and GTS/Apu on the right eng switch of the TCA Airbus quadrant.

@Mark I almost didn't post this question for that very reason, I understand completely and sympathize, it must be frustrating. But good news, I think are right about the landing gear speed limit. This thing is quick, I'm coming in for a approach slowing down with the air brake and not paying attention to the airspeed... This has caught me out a couple of times. I think what flummoxed me was some rear/cockpit transfer issues the first time I flew, so there was a nagging doubt that I'm doing something wrong again, so I Active Pause, and try to figure out whats going on with the transfer... Anyway, thank you! I love this jet.

yeah it's a tricky one. [image: 012cc5ba-80bb-4656-9266-67ac895fc586.png] I use a condition to select this using LOCAL:SPAD_AIRCRAFT [image: 6634f843-fdee-49ef-bd44-13a1ba561e08.png] This is with a Virpil CDT-VMAX.

Hi Mark, I'm on msfs2020, it was the tutorial flight that I loaded but it did not display on the GPS display so I created it manually on the GPS and that displayed OK. I've done another plan based on a flight I did on the 25th June in a Jet Provost and that displayed correctly and still enjoyed the virtual flight with that one. I will try the supplied route again to see what happens. I'm 'hacking' the route I did to finely adjust the way points. Just a quick note on the manual and it's guide for the EFB background, I've done that OK but the manual quotes the wrong filename

I found a way to do this. Documenting here for the community. In 2D dev mode, hover over any buttons and hit ctrl + G for any Lvars you're trying to identify.

Thanks for answering! Now I understand why it can't be displayed in full screen. Well, if it's like that in the real plane, then I don't mind. I like to fly as close to reality as possible.

I seem to recall that there are some sim limitations to using WASM gauges as pop-out windows, and as we are using a mixture of WASM and HTML/JS gauges for the EFB, there may be some limitations encountered when using our EFB as a pop-out window. This isn't something we have looked into for quite some time though, so it may have changed in recent MSFS updates. We'll log this on our internal bug/feature request tracker to investigate ahead of a future update. Mark - Just Flight

User error. The Tacan receiver is picking up the signal about 40 miles out. I just needed to get closer.

Yes, the lower position is either TACAN or VOR/ILS (depending on the selector button to the right of the HSI), and the upper position is GPS.

Hi all. Thanks for the feedback regarding the EFB button colours. We'll be adjusting those in the next update.
