@ph-vma I think this is addressed in the upcoming 0.5.1 release notes https://community.justflight.com/topic/2257/update-change-logs-v0-5-0-released-edited-18-11-21

+1 Thank you very much!!! There are still a few things to correct that will be solved quickly with the good work of JF.

@delta558 I stand corrected. Thank you for the clarification. That explains it nicely. I've since found the Piper Turbo Arrow IV Information Manual, which explains this further: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/58fe2dcfff7c500a04eda841/t/5c330a8b032be4fbaf385d84/1546848957043/AFM_HBPPB-compressed.pdf For information, section 7.5 in the above manual provides the following details: The turbocharger control system is a fixed, ground adjustable orifice ("fixed wastegate"), and is adjusted to provide 41 inches MAP at full throttle at 12,000 feet density altitude. Throttle position controls engine power and no separate turbocharger control system is utilized. An overboost valve prevents manifold pressure from exceeding 42 inches Hg. should the throttle inadvertently be opened too far below 12,000 feet density altitude. Should this occur, the amber "overboost" warning light in the annunciator panel will illuminate.

@retiredman93231 Yes, I have a button for it as well, but takeoff roll and short final (both have happened to me often) are not when I want to lose focus and look at the pretty airplane. But... I will endeavor to persevere, and wait somewhat impatiently for an update. And continue to tinker with graphics settings. I thought I'd solved it by reducing TAA to DLAA, I didn't have a glitch until final doing that, so we'll see.

I think I already know what I'm doing wrong ! I'm so used to the 747 auto tuning nav frequencies at least on approach, I don't think the 750 does auto tune the nav radios. Doh ! Think I'll try manually tuning the NAV radio ! #feelinglikeadoofus

@fakewayne Hi, there are several threads about this, it's happening in all the Pipers from JF as well as other 3rd party aircraft in MSFS. The devs are aware, and hopefully releasing a fix this week.

@capt_nopants WOW! you've done a great job with upgrading your Turbo Arrow... sweet! Thanks for the details on the performance impacts of these upgrades. I totally agree that the problems with realistic mixture and turbocharger behavior in the sim are actually bugs in MSFS, which hopefully Asobo will see fit to fix some day soon, so that turbocharged aircraft can finally be flown correctly.

@sender46 Well I posted a ticket to JF and Mark said they'll be looking at it. So if it is a bit twitchy and inconsistent hopefully it nay be improved. But for now it's usable if, as you said, you treat it really carefully.

Hi @craig I have followed the same procedure as always but I will check it again. I'm sure the mistake was mine. Best regards

@martyn Hi Martyn, I tried to check my open ticket today and found it had been closed without notification. As you are aware, the issue has not been resolved and closing the ticket without agreement from your customer, whilst the issue hadn’t been resolved is poor customer service to say the least. I have therefore replied to Mark using my last received email from him asking for a full refund to be issued as per your previous message. I had previously opted to hold out for the update promised following the SU6 update, but closing my open ticket without notice has prompted my refund request. I will repurchase this aircraft only after confirmation that these issues have been completely addressed. Thanks John

When I want to fly the Arrows using old school navigating with VOR's and NDB's I'll use the G100 to provide me with information about windspeed and direction AND most importantly the tracking direction when flying with a crosswind. There's other info there as well about ground speed, GPS location etc
