    @disco79stu I second this. To be honest, the software is great, and I believe it can be even better. However, the lack of real-world schedules is a big miss, as there’s an opportunity to combine both realism and career mode to take it to the next level. This a feature other similar software already offers for a lower price. Additionally, there should be a way to apply for a job with another company instead of simply switching, perhaps with settings that let users choose between a more open or more realistic experience. Just my two cents.

    Thanks. I am enjoying the RJ. My reasoning to get both was that I am not planning on getting a full glass cockpit airliners. I used to have the PDMG 737-800 in FSX, but used to only take it on short trips. The RJ is a good mix for short flights with some level of automation. I know that I will enjoy the 146 even more.
