A 'ticket' will be confirmed as received via email and we'll endeavour to respond within 3 working days. By all means ask questions in the forum, but these may only be answered by other forum members, our support team aren't monitoring the forum 24/7.*

    Image Uploads If you had noticed that you couldn't upload images, you weren't imagining it, an update to the forum software was incompatible with our storage provider. I'm happy to announce that you can now upload images once again - .jpg/jpeg, .png and .bmp images that are under 10MB in size. If there are other image formats that may be useful, or you encounter issues uploading images please let support know and we will investigate.
