Sorry for asking so many questions, but I really enjoy discovering all the little details your products have to offer.
I have one more question: what exactly is the REC position on the ADF-31 used for, and is it currently functional?
I've tried using it, but I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong or if the feature isn't implemented.

I have one more question, and it may very well be user error on my part.
Is the TEST button on the TKM MX-170B radio currently functional? According to the manual, it should open the receiver's automatic squelch, but when I press it while tuned to an airport frequency and listening through the pilot's headset, I don't hear anything.
Am I missing something, or is this function not implemented yet?

@Ratman Genuine question: Have you ever encountered function squelch in another MSFS aircraft?

@Ratman Most ADF units have a secondary receiver mode that is optimized for receiving voice over the non-directional "sense" antenna, rather than the loop antenna. Since there is no voice over NDB in MSFS, this serves no purpose. Although I suppose some 3rd party ATC tools could make use of it, if they wanted to.

To be honest, no. I haven't come across a functional squelch feature in any other MSFS aircraft.

The only reason I asked is because I noticed the TEST button on the TKM MX-170B and read in the manual that it opens the receiver's automatic squelch. I was curious to know whether it was implemented or if I was simply using it incorrectly.

@Black-Square I have the same issue, when priming the fuel flow indicator does not move at all but I can see the fuel entering through the tablet engine page. Verified this on the TC version.

@Voxen Did you tap on the glass? I was having the same "issue", until I decided to tap on the glass. Then it worked for me. Must be an old gauge to stick so much lol.

@Voxen Interesting. Did you have the throttle full open and mixture full rich?

Yes, both. I flew the plane multiple times and I never seen the needle moving during priming.

@Voxen Thanks for taking the trouble to upload that. I know you said you tapped on the glass before, but unfortunately, not in the video. The variable that drives the actual fuel into the cylinders is literally duplicated in its last step to drive the gauge, so it's very difficult for me to believe that there could be an issue between that last step and the gauge itself.

I'm thinking this may be temperature related. As I noted earlier, I'd seen the fuel flow gauge begin to respond with longer priming times on the TC. However on my last few flights it has never moved. The difference is the last few flights have been from airports with extremely high (>30c) temps.

However, even with the hot temps, the engine still starts just as expected with no issues.

The EDM shows the fuel flow while priming. Even when the ff gauge doesn't.

I am having the same issue. No fuel flow indicated at priming and to get the needle moving on ground after startup I have to open the throttle around one quarter. Ambient Temperture is the heat in Europe and I hammered the glass like a crazy person. 😉

Can someone read what the fuel flow is while priming, or what the value of L:BKSQ_FuelFlow_1, GALLONS PER HOUR is?

In SPAD.Next data inspection, BKSQ_FuelFlow_1 is not updated at all (value is always 0 and never changes), while priming or when engine is started and pushed up to 20mp.

GALLONS PER HOUR, I don't find this variable at all.

Also I noted that once engine is running, the FF needle only start to move around 18mp, not below.

6,5 gph on the EDM while priming.
