One of the many new features introduced with the Starship, and since introduced with some of your other planes on their 2024 updates (TBM850 fx), is the "Ear Discomfort Index".
With the Starships cabin able to take quite a high differential pressure, and not climbing too fast once starting to get up high, it is never really an issue.
On the Turbine Duke however, you can't have this large differential pressure, and it will absolutely rocket up to something like FL240.
In my experience this has required cabin rates of ~1000 fpm unless you slow the climb, which will be up in the uncomfortable range.
So I hope that this discomfort index might still get introduced to the Duke at some later point.
