I am having a problem opening Traffic Global it starts and says it is working but then it closes I am running it with administrator rights can someone please help with this

When you say no joy, what has support told you?

They told me to do this, missing or broken Microsoft Visuals C ++ which I download and installed but made no difference. And to run Traffic Global in Administrator mode which I am doing. and have said if you have any further issues, please do get in touch. Which I have done but with no reply.

Just Flight are based in the UK and work mostly daylight hours. When did you go back to them and what is the ticket number?

Yesterday afternoon 5.00pm ticket number 51831

We have staff around at weekends, but as we are UK based we are usually Mon-Friday 0900-1800. Someone will get back to you in due course.

Is any one else having this problem as I don't seem to be getting any joy from just flight ticket system

You are best off dealing with Just Flight support. I am not sure the sort of problem you describe can be resolved in a forum.

I think they did - as per your post above we've gone through the C++ and Administrator fixes, which cure most issues. They will get back to you if you advise that those haven't worked.

I have advised them with 3 Messages but unfortunately with no response
