    Hi @Black-Square , when do you plan to push the update this week? Sorry I am just getting really anxious to fly in Alaska (need working anti-ice 😃 ). Amazing aircraft so far.

      It sounds like FlightFX has a solution to the Boris sound issue as of today, so the main barrier is cleared. Hopefully I will have full confirmation of their plans today, and we can proceed this week. The changelog is almost two pages long now, so I'm happy to hear you're excited!

        @Black-Square I would like to express my sincere thanks to the developer and the entire development team for their work. The Caravan Professional has been one of the most highly anticipated aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. I personally waited for its release for over a year, and I was truly happy when it finally arrived—and it did not disappoint.

        We received a highly professional product, both in terms of the external 3D model and the cockpit, which is of premium quality. I am also very much looking forward to future updates for the aircraft.

        I would like to thank the developer and the team for listening to the community’s feedback and actively addressing any shortcomings. Their commitment to releasing updates ensures that the model becomes even more visually impressive and enjoyable over time. This applies to the aesthetics, the flight model, and every other aspect.

        Once again, I can only express my gratitude for the developer’s work and patience.

          @batkizoltan
          Just to let you know... Even without the patch I can confirm the following:

          I made several flights with her flying from Wichita in Kansas, USA to Friedrichshafen in Germany. Due to the range restrictions of the airplane I took the "northern route" crossing Canada and flying over Greenland to Iceland and UK (several hops / flights).

          I was able to tackle severe storms with very low temperatures (sometimes manually because the AP, realistically, couldn't manage any more) and I also think I had several times icing effects. However, I was always able to manage without crash... and I didn't care that much about the weather in advance ;-). The only issue I had was the cabin temperature (but this is another thread and fix is coming up).

          Here's what I did (please be aware I am no real pilot):

          1.) Avoid moist air, namely clouds... Icing equipment shouldn't be an excuse to take needles risks. Of course many times I was not able to outclimb the clouds, etc. Then you have to rely on your Anti-ICE defenses.
          2.) Use the Bypass handle if any Clouds or FOD
          3.) Bleed Air always on while in climb and cruise (not for Take off and Landing !)
          ... and in order not to crash ...
          4.) If I had any icing on the cockpit window I took the windshield and prop heat to on. But if there was any weather change (or I was coming out of the clouds)... I turned them off again... In doing so I "ensured" that I can see the icing conditions if they happen on my cockpit window and wings and reapply the procedure.

                It's going to be Monday (if all goes well) guys. Big update incoming so lots of final checks to make and fine-tuning to do. It'll be worth the extra few days wait, rest assured. Thanks for your patience.
