Update

@Black-Square Do you have any updates for us about the update? If not, no problem! I am just curious because I have time this weekend

@Rhinozherous Just was going to ask as fly time for the weekend is running away

It's going to be Monday (if all goes well) guys. Big update incoming so lots of final checks to make and fine-tuning to do. It'll be worth the extra few days wait, rest assured. Thanks for your patience.

@Voice-of-Reason Take your time, thank you for the work!

It sounds like FlightFX has a solution to the Boris sound issue as of today, so the main barrier is cleared. Hopefully I will have full confirmation of their plans today, and we can proceed this week. The changelog is almost two pages long now, so I'm happy to hear you're excited!
@Black-Square some issues with boris sound?

@django1489 If you're referring to my post a few days ago, there was something about how the FlightFX Piaggio update for MSFS 2024 was configured, concerning the new MSFS 2024 directory structure (or so I've been told), that muted all other Boris sound packages if you had the Piaggio installed. There will be a hot-fix from FlightFX to fix this.

@django1489 Since the P180 was a free upgrade to 2024 I tried it out. Its good, however the starship is better. The whole time I was thinking about the starship and fantasizing about all the flights we would do together. But, I felt dirty so I broke things off with the P180 and went back to the starship.

@plicpriest1 I love the P180 for when I want a fun turboprop twin that's a bit more casual to set up and fly than Starship. Every part of my except my wallet is happy we have so many fun options to fly.
But since the Caravan released, I've only had 2 non-Caravan flights lol

@RPGamerous I wanna love the Piaago but it just has a weird feeling that I just canβt put my finger on. Maybe it needs a little optimization. I just canβt figure it out. Maybe Black Square has ruined other planes for me.

@bld481 Well that is my main gripe about black square, they are so good that they have effectively ruined other aircraft for me lol. They deliver 99% of what I want in a GA addon.
The missing 1% is needing to check oil levels during preflight

I am hoping passengers will be added and that the glass textures "return" - they are gone from other BS aircraft as well.
@kityatyi I understand why Black Square makes their choices about passengers. It feels so bad to look back inside of my beautiful passenger aircraft which is as close to real life as they can make it, and realize no imaginary passengers are enjoying the flight.
