On the Amphibian the Water rudders are extreme inefecctive even with no wind. Water rudder is down !
Seems it came down to a badly loaded Aircraft. Fuel imbalance etc.

Yes for me also, no problem with the rudder.
The water rudder does nothing. Gear down on (deep) water and it'll lift the rudders out of the water somehow.
I confess I've not ever flown an amphib or float IRL so buggered if I know.
The water rudders dont do anything. The actual aircraft rudder has more authority. In all weight regimes. Ive flown Caravans for 20+ years but admit I only right seated the Canoed birds in FL. But this isnt modeled well.
