    @Sergekoko It'll be interesting to hear if this also works for you or if it's complete fluke it worked for me

      The same finding here. Uninstalling Navigraph data for RJ, uninstalling the RJ, deleting the WASM folder and reinstalling the RJ (without installing Navigraph data) solved the problem for me.

        The only thing that seems to be working for me is to uninstall the Navigraph data. I tried everything in the post, WASM delete, starting in the other airframe first. Sadly seems the database update just breaks it regardless

          Thanks for the confirmations. We'll be in touch with the Navigraph team to resolve this ASAP.

                Same issue for me. Uninstalled the nav data. Deleted the WASM folder. Reinstalled the product. This rectified the issue. For me I could not use the suggested troubleshooting from Martyn, it did not work. Only the above method resolved the issue.

                  We've now confirmed the cause:

                  We have also been made aware of a similar issue that is caused by updating the RJ's navdata via the Navigraph Hub app. If the navdata is updated to the latest AIRAC cycle in the Navigraph Hub app, this can cause the ND and GNLU-910A FMS displays to remain blank after loading into the aircraft. Our current recommendation is to remove the latest AIRAC cycle in the Navigraph Hub app, and then reinstall the RJ Professional (MSFS 2024). This will allow you to use the RJ with the default AIRAC 2401 navdata that is included with the product. We are in contact with Navigraph to investigate this further.

                  Thanks to everyone who helped with this.

                    @jdoerning Indeed they are awesome. I wish their counterparts on the Just Trains forum were just as enthusiastic. Unfortunately that forum is largely neglected by the JT team. 😢

                      @BPFonteyn

                      We get hardly any posts from JT customers on here, so feedback does tend to be very sporadic. There seems to be a lot more action on the Steam forum where our dev team are regular contributors. We also have JT Twitch streams that generate a lot of customer feedback.
                      If you have any issues with JT products, as always, we recommend contacting support where any problems can be logged and resolved in a timely manner.

                          Just to be clear - they aren't JT Steam forums; but there is much discussion of our DLC on the Steam forums for the main games:

                              I bring good news, I just checked Navigraph hub and there was a data update for the RJ (also for the MSFS2020 version) and I can already say it appears to be correctly working in 24, FMC and ND both displaying correctly! Tested RJ75 and RJ100, then reloaded the game again to make sure and it was all good! :)

                                FMS/ND are both working for me as well with the newest Navigraph. Problem solved?

                                    Eek! For some reason I have the return of the blank FF/N2/EGT, and this time not even N1 readouts. Rebooted the flight but the same thing.

                                    Not sure what’s happened there. I’ll complete this flight as normal and uninstall/reinstall the aircraft.

                                      @BPFonteyn Just to avoid any confusion, that's separate from the issue covered on this thread, relating to the blank ND and FMS, but is being covered here and actively investigated by our team: https://community.justflight.com/topic/7327/occasionally-on-startup-engine-gauges-only-partially-turn-on-or-sometimes-not-at-all/23
