Many apologies but I couldn't see anything on the ticket that explained what was wrong. You said: "Hello, I recently bought the traffic addon for MSFS, however, it only works one out of ten times. I looked in the forum and tried all kinds of troubleshooting, nothing worked, opened it as an administrator, compatibility tried everything. Are you going to fix it so that I can use the product properly?"
If you can reply to the ticket with the specific problems that you've mentioned above the team can try their best to help. Is there another ticket we should look at?
You constantly browse the forum, isn't it obvious for you to have received enough feedback on the problems? Especially when I wrote the support post, being a novice and already finding the different links leading to different forum topics... Don't come here in the public arena to criticize me, to throw me to the wolves, with a post that is five days old... Excuse me, the problem here is not from me, but from your inability to manage your problems and to use paid users as beta testers... Now that you are aware of all my problems, I take this opportunity to publicly ask for a refund of my purchase once again. I apologize, when there are issues you must take responsibility. If I sell a faulty product, I refund it, end of story! There is no need to find a thousand reasons

I'm sorry, but, as I keep pointing out, although users may have the same symptoms, the causes are not always the same. I am not 'throwing you to the wolves' - just asking, as politely as possible, if you can please reply to the ticket and let us know what is wrong? We have put up a list of FAQs based on what came up during testing. Some users have those issues but the solutions have not helped. So, at that point we need to ask more questions and try to see what the problem may be. That isn't possible in a forum, hence asking for everyone to contact support. You have done so and I have apologised for the delay in getting back to you. Before we issue a refund for any of our titles we would like the opportunity to try and get it working for that particular user. Once again, if you would please let us know what issue is affecting you we will do our best to help.

I only just found out that this product was released 5 days ago. I received no alerts to this via email, despite having signed up for email availability updates months ago. Checked spam folder but nothing there.
However, I was very excited about it until I started reading the posts about the product on this forum. It seems to have issues already. Issues that should have never been present on release. Iām now in two minds whether to purchase. š

However, I was very excited about it until I started reading the posts about the product on this forum. It seems to have issues already. Issues that should have never been present on release. Iām now in two minds whether to purchase. š

@bpfonteyn you definetly should wait to buy it. I bought it and it's not working. I paid premium price to be a beta tester. š I have i unistalled it and use FSTLT.

@bpfonteyn when arriving at destination airport there is no traffic at all. Completely empty. So its basically useless.

I just looked on the product page (not ordered it yet) and there is a link for me to look at the manual. I click that link and get an error stating Access to downloads justflight com was denied.
Can I only read it if I have purchased the product? The product page seems to suggest you can actually download and read the manual before purchase.

If the manual download is being blocked it may be due to a virus checker or similar on your PC. I have just checked and it is downloading fine.
The program DOES work. However, it is an AI traffic program, which, by its nature is fairly complicated and relies on more than one part of the sim to function. Hence it can be prevented from working as intended more easily than, say, an aeroplane. Most issues seem to be 'no traffic' and there are a number of ways to resolve this. Before release we put together an extensive list of FAQs, based on the beta testing we conducted, but there are probably always going to be situations and machine setups that won't have come up before.
We are asking anyone with issues to please contact our support team and we will do our best to get you up and running as we do with everything we develop or publish. -

I've been using simulators for 20 years, Sometimes the program won't even close sim. Restart after a full reboot, traffick works once, sometimes it doesn't, EGLL, KLAX, etc. after remove the traffic and regenerate, it does nothing and the exit to the sim main menu takes ....... minutes. I had to close by task manager :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

I disabled my anti-virus and initially that didn't help. But then suddenly it did. I guess my AV was being stubborn.

I am wondering if it is certain add-ons that are causing issues with JF Traffic. I notice a lot of people talking about something called GSX Pro, which i do not have.
I do have a lot of third-party UK and Sweden airports, most of which have been purchased via the in-game FS Store. I have two airports (EGHF and EGHI) which are third-party direct purchases.
I am going to take the plunge and purchase JF Traffic and see what it is like. I currently use Simple Traffic (purchased via JF). I'll uninstall that and replace it with JF Traffic.

There is a limit on how many objects MSFS will display. At a highly detailed airport with something like GSX (which adds objects) traffic will disappear. This issue affects all traffic programs to varying degrees. We have included a tool to mitigate this, but if you are not adding extra clutter it should not be a problem.
