@derek I disabled GSX and tweaked the settings in GSX as suggested by support and it did not work. Also, nowhere in the description, presentation, or disclosure of this product did it state that there would be a conflict with GSX anyways. Had it stated this, I wouldn't have even gone down this rabbit hole to begin with.
I know you are just the messenger, but what is being done here by JustFlight is not right.

@derek Glad to hear it, but I suggest that if JF were to acknowledge that there are some issues for some of the customers, at least I would not be asking for a refund. As of now people get told that everything is OK.
For me there is too many tweaks, adjustments, turn everything else down and still you see no or little traffic. There must be something not right. Basically it was not as advertised IMO.
But I'll stick to buying aircraft from you.We have definitely acknowledged that there are issues for some customers which is why I have been asking for them to submit support tickets so we can trace any commonality and so acsertain what may be causing the problem(s).
A big problem is that you don't respond to tickets submitted on the first day of purchase, such ignorance never seen anywhere.. I have started a Paypal complaint!

Conflicts with AI traffic and GSX are not new - there have been issues with FSTL IIRC - we did cover this in an FAQ about invisible aircraft and made a tool to facilitate it. That aside, it looks like support replied and also got it working for you, albeit with limitations that you are unhappy with. I am sorry you are so unhappy, but the complexity of AI traffic programs invariably means some compromises are required on the way. If you PM me I will endeavour to get you out of your rabbit hole clutching the money you paid.

That is correct - we have been extremely busy in support and tickets are taking longer than we'd like to respond. Under normal circumstances we reply promptly (within UK business hours/days) but this has seen an unprecedented level of interest - far more than our aircraft releases.

@derek They got it working only by removing features that were promised in the description (by disabling all ground services including jetways). Therefore, the product was not as described and I would have never purchased it had I known this. I have also never had this problem with FSLTL and I'd be willing to bet that many of us on here haven't either.

Unfortunately, the object limit is a limitation of MSFS and it can affect all AI traffic programs.
See: https://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=28661.0and: http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=27609.60
It won't affect all users, it won't affect all locations and it can be resolved - but not automatically, as yet. Ideally, MS will up the limit in a future update. In the meantime, it is a case of priotirising what it is you want to see.

It's incredible the support now responds to me but won't refund! I was clear enough about the malfunctions of the traffic software, they ask for details on what doesn't work, it's been five days explaining all the problems, incompatibility with other products, invisible traffic, error-prone traffic software, intermittent restart of MSFS to try to get it to work, what more evidence do they want, this is unheard of!!!
im not paid a beta tester, refund me please

Why don't you at least wait for the first update to the product, before you continue to nag for a refund? It was your choice to buy a product at release? Many of the potential issues are also documented in the manual at the product page. BTW: Incompatibility with other add-ons, if you have a bloated MSFS, it is something you need to take into consideration when buying a new product. There will be some incompatibilities, especially as this is a new category of product(s) for MSFS, but when the other developers see this as a relevant product, things will probably smooth out. Just give it some time :) And let the rest of us enjoy that you help making the product better?
I'm pretty sure Just Flight didn't dump this in the market and plan to abandon the customers... they are a serious developer.

Many apologies but I couldn't see anything on the ticket that explained what was wrong. You said: "Hello, I recently bought the traffic addon for MSFS, however, it only works one out of ten times. I have tried everything to get it to work, deleting, reinstalling it twice, it's the first time I've had this many problems with an addon from JustFlight. I looked in the forum and tried all kinds of troubleshooting, nothing worked, opened it as an administrator, compatibility tried everything. Are you going to fix it so that I can use the product properly?"
If you can reply to the ticket with the specific problems that you've mentioned above the team can try their best to help. Is there another ticket we should look at?

On EFB from AIVLASOFT there is traffic. In MSFS there is nothing display.
I'm using GSX PRO and latest MSFSSee this FAQ - it may help. The issue is most likely object amounts.

You constantly browse the forum, isn't it obvious for you to have received enough feedback on the problems? Especially when I wrote the support post, being a novice and already finding the different links leading to different forum topics... Don't come here in the public arena to criticize me, to throw me to the wolves, with a post that is five days old... Excuse me, the problem here is not from me, but from your inability to manage your problems and to use paid users as beta testers... Now that you are aware of all my problems, I take this opportunity to publicly ask for a refund of my purchase once again. I apologize, when there are issues you must take responsibility. If I sell a faulty product, I refund it, end of story! There is no need to find a thousand reasons

I'm sorry, but, as I keep pointing out, although users may have the same symptoms, the causes are not always the same. I am not 'throwing you to the wolves' - just asking, as politely as possible, if you can please reply to the ticket and let us know what is wrong? We have put up a list of FAQs based on what came up during testing. Some users have those issues but the solutions have not helped. So, at that point we need to ask more questions and try to see what the problem may be. That isn't possible in a forum, hence asking for everyone to contact support. You have done so and I have apologised for the delay in getting back to you. Before we issue a refund for any of our titles we would like the opportunity to try and get it working for that particular user. Once again, if you would please let us know what issue is affecting you we will do our best to help.
