So, the dynamic registration still isn't working, but I use the tablet to set it and I'm okay with that. I also figured out, the state saving and hours issue is FS24, not BlackSquare. If I can get the program to shut down normally it saves the hours, etc, but most of the time it hangs and I have to shut it down through Steam, so no data is saved. I assume nothing is written to the state.cfg file until FS24 shuts down, is that correct? It would be nice if it wrote when I exited back to the main menu, then I could copy the stage.cfg out and back in before the next flight. Not elegant, but it would work.

Thanks, that gives me a little bit more time, still need to be fast, like within 1-2 secs, so if i follow the memory items for this emergency procedure (if it were to happen randomly), is never gonna get feather as I wouldn't be able to go from step one to 5 in time.

@Black-Square Perhaps you can collaborate with COWS to help with the engine model. I do not know if you or they are willing to help, or if knowledge is kept secret between developers.

I got update 0.1.1a - taxi lights were working, but now I can’t get the Nav lights to work in the TP . Hope there is a complete update soon. Contrail didn’t even has more than V 0.1.1

I did that, I did the plane on the runway but it will not start, still screwed.

Mark, thanks for your help in this matter, reinstalling seemed to work and now i can atleast see the liveries in the main menu so hopefully this has corrected whatever went wrong. not sure what as i dont really touch any files as no idea what im doing lol but thanks again

Thanks. Good idea. I'll change the bindings. I was able to use the ignition panel this morning but I had to hold it in the start position and use the mouse to keep it from springing back.

That's also been my experience and solution, but I hadn't looked at the file(s) to see what was funky about them. I wonder if the failed save file is related to backing out of the initial load.

I see. I'm actually among those (highly!) grateful for your implementation of the door behavior. The forced entry/exit is certainly not desired, to say the least.

Interesting the patch notes say it required the F28 to work; I don't have it and it worked for me.

@SadBucket I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for contributing your real world aviation knowledge to our forum. Although I know there are plenty of fellow real world pilots who frequent this forum, I often find that I am the one sharing my knowledge of real world flying, and worry that it's either not appreciated, or that my "nothing ever works that well in the real world" answers can sound evasive coming from the developer. Qucik question @Mark : Do you recommend opening a support ticket on MS/Asobo side of things to get more attention to this? Tried to raise the issue in the MSFS Forums, but it wasn't acknowledged there. Is MS/ASOBO acknowleding the problem in the Dev-Forums or are they in the: "It's your problem, not ours" page of the support SOPs?
