Your welcome - good news is it remembers the checklist for each plane too - so you don't have to reimport them every time :). Let me know how you like the abbreviated checklist on the Baron and if I should take the time to make a similar one for the Bonanza. I've been refining my abbreviated checklist and will probably put out an update in a week or so.

@SebAvi Hi Seb. Thanks for applying your keen observation to my newest aircraft. I hope you don't mind if I reply in list form, since I've been receiving so much feedback lately. There should be a substantial impact on cranking performance, as it uses the same code from the Dukes. The increased friction, oil viscosity, and battery internal resistance should all play a roll. Engine performance should reflect the density altitude, but my sound designer and I have not made an attempt to capture a rough running engine during the warmup phase. I've received a lot of notes about this. This is one of the few features which I haven't taken complete control away from the simulator yet in my aircraft. I'm looking for a safe solution that I can roll out across my fleet. The easiest way to induce spark plug fouling is to leave the mixture at full rich at low RPM and low CHT. I have seen this effect many times in these aircraft, since I often have the simulator running in the background while I troubleshoot code. Thanks again! All your suggestions always make my aircraft better, so I'm always happy to listen!

@nrcrate said in Some Bonanza Feedback/Ideas: Since the last update, I can hear what seems to be the nose gear touchdown sound while taxiing occasionally, like the nose gear is skipping when it really isn't. I did not hear this before the last update I 2nd this

@CoolGunS There are cases where the path length can cause issues that prevent installation in the Community folder. In such situations, using the BROWSE option is a great workaround. Additionally, when troubleshooting, the Addon Linker makes it easy to add or remove add-ons from the Community folder—it's much faster and more organized than manually copying and pasting files

@Black-Square If you have a forum post or ticket open we could upvote it and maybe gain traction? I'd bet many of the devs over there fly your products...

Thanks for checking. Have you ever seen anything about the taxi ribbon not working with specific aircraft? If you said that it only worked on the exterior, I could imagine scenarios that could be under my control, but not so much the other way around.

Not SPAD, but FSUIPC. Here's what I ended up with for another user, for the Bonanza just use the _1 variable. https://community.justflight.com/post/43575 Both the linked post and a follow up a few posts down.

I can confirm that I'm on SU4 Beta and no problems so far as well.

Is it doing this in the aircraft selection visualiser, where you select liveries and change registrations etc or only after spawning in sim? If it's the former definitely worth having a quick look at the msfs payload and fuel I think (even though it should be managed through Nicks tablet for his aircraft) then if the weights are booked you can reset to everything empty...To sort it..pretty much what I did but it's only happened to me once so not extensively tested it

If you want the unit turned on but in STBY, you should set it to 1.

For me the GPS setup, options in the EFB and loadout (pilot/pax positions and weights) are properly saved, the fuel and state of the covers and chocks are somehow not. I always start with half tanks and half tips.

wha?! i have lot of fun and still fly the birbs, why i can think about refund? i even don't use external views, but once walkaround before flight and, as i mentioned, some time after flight. i thought about refund just about principle stuff, as this method still in use, after months ago i said this is the problem in the velocity x ported... but. by same principle, if i still enjoy and flight, and flight with enjoy, about what refund we can talking about?! so no. no refund. and even if you haven't the solution, i can live without, and with hope, nick will solve this one day or another. but thanx for the offer:) this is my gratitude video(sure there not about this bug, and there only inside view). this bug pretty close to nothing for me. i just wanna this stuff get off from my eyes, just for not distraction on that bye bye. let me know when you found the solution not connected to reinstall, moneyback and stuff like those no sense things.

Just yet another total failure by Asobo in 2024? The idea that a 25kt wind can blow an aircraft (with parking brake set!) across the apron is bad enough, but to actually make it blow UPWIND ... AGAINST THE WIND ... is totally reprehensible! I love this sim, but some of the programmers need a career change!

I haven't been able to reproduce it, done a ton of flights since then, so maybe it's sorted. If it happens again I'll check back in!

Err not sure about the fuel switch but there's one to hide the throttle, prop and mixture levers as well..Baron topic but pretty sure its the same for Bonny? https://community.justflight.com/topic/9411/feature-request-ability-to-hide-throttle-prop-mixture-levers?_=1762800571605 P122 of the Bonny manual, it is tucked away a bit.. For a complete understanding of the unit’s functionality, please see the “More Information on Operation” section of this manual for training videos and operating manuals. The EDM-800 has two push buttons that provide all control of the unit; however, several functions require pressing both buttons at once. This is accomplished in MSFS via an invisible button at the bottom of the unit’s bezel, between both buttons. The single engine EDM-800 is very similar in appearance and operation to the twin engine EDM-760, which is featured in the Baron Professional.

I think you could do something like this with FSUIPC and WideFS (from the same guy). As I understand it, WideFS is a remote client for FSUIPC, though I haven't played with it at all, myself.

I have them mapped and working fine via FSUIPC in MSFS24. On/off and dimming as well.
