    @meh1951 I will explain assuming that you are beginner on custom mapping to external controls. Apologies if too simple.
    (1) The sim as delivered by Asobo has quite a large number of built-in control mappings that can be mapped to external controls using the default controls mapper. Large number but not everything that a aircraft designer might implement.
    (2) When aircraft designer creates panel switch like Standby Alternator that does not map to anything in the default list these switches can be controlled with the mouse. In addition due to the demand of customers including cockpit builders, creators sometimes include a custom variable to control.
    (3) The BSQR Bonanza has such variables for some but not all of the custom switches.
    (4) To map one of these custom variables requires the use of third party utility. I use one called Lorby's AAO. Others are FSUIP and SPAD.Next. None of these are free and they all have a learning curve to master. There are forums where users trade definitions for popular aircraft. Using google you can find the web sites and decide which one you like. Or you can use the mouse for any switch not supported by default Asobo mappings.

    From the developer for you chaps...

    I can provide a list of all items that are saved, if you wish? I can implement fuel and weight saving pretty easily (next update_, but complete switch saving without using WASM is a lot more difficult for these complex airplanes., sorry.

    Great news on the added states, much thanks!

    Straight from the dev for you...

    No guarantees on this one. Ctrl-E has no concept of the underlying systems or different procedures required to start the engine during any possible conditions that may occur, which are very numerous. I have heard of people successfully starting the aircraft with Ctrl-E, though. Just make sure the engine is not flooded, and the mixture lever is forward. That may work well.

    @804737 This does not appear to be a particulary active Forum...is there a Discord server maybe? Anyways, your mods look great. I hope the devs see this and either approve or adapt these.

    @petze That's a shame and your situation is very rare as there have been minimal operational issues for this a/c and zero refund requests as things stand. The skies are fully of happy Bonanza flyers currently with you being the exception.

    We really don't want you lumbered with something you've paid good money for and are unable to use. Can I not suggest you open a ticket with our support team and get them to try and help you. They'll also liaise directly with the developer to try and find a solution for you. Is this not an option for you?

    So around early dusk I am getting a ton of microstudders whenever the low light of the sun is coming through the prop.

    I only get this on the Caravan and the A36.

    I am using DX12 and HDR I tried it with DX11 and HDR off and Im still getting.

    Can you guys have a look?

    Sounds like something Support could help with . There is a link at www.justflight.com

    @pete_auau Direct from our dev Pete...

    Yes, this is a known issue with Asobo's turboprop simulation. The generators are erroneously connected to the propeller shaft RPM in free-turbine aircraft. The manual notes this problem, but I'm glad you found the culprit anyway. Enjoy!

    @anderson
    Hi thanks for the response. Have tracked the issue down to the WTT gps in the content manager had an update required. Now working as expected. I did not think the gps would have been the issue as I was not using either of them, but obviously (now) there is some wizardry happening in the background!
    All good and now a happy camper!

    @voice-of-reason thanks a lot for the reply and contacting the developer about this topic!

    Firstly…. English is not my native language, so that makes understanding my post maybe a bit difficult.

    In the real system we have to press both buttons to enter the lean of peak mode, this does not happen in the Bonanza one.

    Also to finish the lean of peak setting we should be able to find the richest also, in the real EDM800 after finding the leanest the graph jumps over to the icicle graph to find the richest.

    The Black Square Bonanza is the best GA aircraft in the sim to date, I hope that the EDM800 will receive an update to get it right😊🙏🏻

    @ostadler Could be a binding issue, but the annunciator does blink about once per second to indicate that the load on the standby alternator is too high. The propeller comment is a weird one, the propeller wasn't touched, other than to give it a new texture, so I suspect the default would look the same way too. Worth a check and please contact support if you need further help.

    @gabe777

    EDIT.

    OK it seems I was incorrect in this assertion... not that anyone seemed to notice or care ...

    It's just engine damage that remains persistent even if all failures are OFF.

    However, given I have Engine damage OFF in the MSFS setting, I guess it's of no consequence.
