146 Professional

I am also anticipating some news on the 146. All other Just Flight products are now 2024 compatible - the Avro had another round of upgrades (and even the prototype-only freighter was added) - The Fokker development update talks about next news being pre-release videos. So hoping we will soon get the 146 in the new sim, or maybe just a short status update?

Thanks. I am enjoying the RJ. My reasoning to get both was that I am not planning on getting a full glass cockpit airliners. I used to have the PDMG 737-800 in FSX, but used to only take it on short trips. The RJ is a good mix for short flights with some level of automation. I know that I will enjoy the 146 even more.

You are right, this seems to be a simulator limitation. The PMDG 777 and the Fenix A320 also do not show the DME. In the Fenix I was at least able to tune the DME as a VOR, but that still isn't really correct. Well, this whole thing is pretty bad.

I have managed to interface with the UNS-1 of the 146, but some LVARS do not seem to be operational!? Most of the numerical LVARS of the UNS do not respond; the "1" does for instance but most others do not! Also when i check with the Behaviour option of SDK i see the back key and the B key share the same LVAR; both BACK.!?

@Derek Thanks. I looked at that page first (https://www.justflight.com/support) but the tone of it seemed like it was more for issues relating to the ordering, download, and installation process. I'll submit these reports there too. Much appreciated.

We are currently working on a significant update to the 146 Professional that will add a lot of the improvements we have developed in the RJ Professional, and the flight model improvements will be part of that. We aren't able to provide a specific time frame for that at the moment, but it is being worked on, and it will also form our MSFS 2024 compatibility update for the 146 Professional.
