PA-28R Arrow III

@copper Problem solved. I had installed a light mod for the Arrow from flightsim.to, with that installed the rotary controls work again. I revisited the mod and there was a note explaining that the mod was incorporated in v 0.6.0 of the Arrow so the mod is no longer required. Thanks for everyones input to help resolve my issue.

@vcapra1 Hmm, never considered that I would be using the AI pilot, I do have that checked (I like looking at scenery, lol), and if that was changed in SU5, that makes sense as well Thanks!

@superkaro2014 Yes, I just flew the new release and I must say, I am impressed that they both addressed the issues brought on by SU5 (at least for me, they all seem fixed) and some new stuff too. The ground handling and aileron drag in particular seem a lot better than before. Thank you Just Flight for your continued support and updates!

I would have to agree that it is more unstable after the SU5 and even after the hotfix released shortly after. Several planes, payware/freeware mods etc are having issues. Thankfully JF is aware of these. For now, I will just fly the modded C208 for now until all these are resolved.

Hello again. Yes it is frustrating, but let’s not make this post a principal discussion about MSFS and third party developers, please. I have done some experimenting on the two bullets above. I can actually reproduce both with the stock C 152 and the JF Piper Arrow 3 (v0.8.0). Solution to the first bullet seems to be easy. I removed the mapping on the X-box controller that was conflicting with the mouse-look... and it worked. Mouse-look works again and controller still works fine in drone mode also. Hope this can help others as well. BR Søren

@davidcrum I too have found things suddenly not working only to be fixed by either restarting the flight, the sim, or the pc. Very frustrating! These days we seem to spend more time fighting with the sim than we do flying in the sim.

I can open and close the little window but I cannot move the slide levers for warm and cold air. Mick Wood
