Can we do anything to avoid forced vertical tilt up when the view is rotated side to side?

Unless you know otherwise, I would be very surprised if this is something inherent to the aircraft themselves.

Conventional search engines yield no relevant result on this matter. ChatGPT is spitting out garbage on potential fixes using camera.cfg. My intention was not to imply it was a custom behaviour; rather, asking if it could be fixed with custom behaviour. I am aware this is asking a lot, I wanted to ask anyone on this particular community if a fix has been found, or for similar experiences.
