Cylinder Head Temperature broken in 2024?

I've noticed in the Duke in 2024, the CHT value seems to sit around 150 and doesn't budge, regardless of cowl flap position. In 2020 it seems to work fine i.e. start off with a low temperature and slowly rise and closing the cowl flaps will see the temp increase into the green zone.
Anyone else seeing this behaviour in 2024 with the Piston Duke?
