GNS430 possible bug

Apprently if you select approach and then arrival the route either gets deleted or the flightplan reverses so your depart from destination heading destination.
This seems to happen only if you do not delete the arrival before you select a different one, i only seen this happen in Starship. Dosnt seem to happen in any other aircraft as far as i tested.Once you also set a direct to the next waypoint it dosnt align with where you are it sets a direct to the waypoint you want many miles ofcourse.
Trying to fly sids and stars on Vatsim is extremly difficult with this aircraft beacause you never know when the route get's deleted or if the gps takes you ofcourse before starting a turn towards the waypoint you selected.
I simply cannot change departure route or star in same session. Any tips?
