Double Sided Signs

Looking at the product screenshots for the latest FS24 version, it appears that the double sided signs are almost like the scenery trick that's been used of placing two single sided signs back to back to create the illusion of a double sided. The thickness of the double sided signs is also double the single, and also has double the number of support bars to the base, which isn't consistent with real life specs for almost all manufacturers. Are these signs using the two single sided back to back? Or are they truly double sided? If they're truly double sided, can they be more aligned to what's actually manufactured and used?

Unfortunately, double sided dynamic signs are not possible in MSFS, so I've had to do the best with what is possible within the simulator. I have tailored my new sign models to minimize thickness and any z-fighting when compared to the default models, however.
