Hello,
so i tested the flight plan importing and did a few flights. here are my observations:- flight plan gets reloaded and most likely also changed by/upon ATC messages, happenend on departure and arrival, you see the experimental message on CDU each time and the flight plan gets relaoded on the screen right of the CDU.
- autopilot changed from NAV to ROL automatically
- flight plan had the wrong destination airport -> last waypoint before approach is set as destination
- upon ATC arrival message and reload of flightplan flight: my active waypoint got deleted and the next in line was suddenly my next waypoint.
- all VNAV infos were deleted upon reload of flight plan
- inside plane: my approach was broken. the map showed the right path but the flight plan didnt match. on the map i saw the ILS but the plane went straight on instead of turning. the flight plan also didnt match with the initial flight plan made on the EFB

I'm also doing a flight right now with ATC, from CYSE to CYAZ. I load the flight plan from Simbrief to the tablet before starting the flight, and send to ATC and avionics. On the ground the flight plan is fine. At CYSE there is no clearance, you only request clearance after you take off. After I requested clearance, the avionics got into a bad state where the navigation displays are frozen and messed up:
I tried pulling fuses but that does not reset it. I did "restart flight" and the displays were messed up still after I turned on the aircraft and avionics (showing basically everything that can be shown, and unresponsive). I went back to the main screen and setup the flight again. Again, after I requested IFR clearance, after the avionics said they were importing the plan, the navigation displays were frozen.
Seems like this ATC importing mid-flight is messing things up.

@Marionettework you could try resetting on the CDU. did you "send to avoinics only" or "avionics and ATC" ? i might try without ATC now and see what happens. ATC causes 2x a reloading of the flight plan inside starship computer and then i have a changed flight plane maybe according to ATC instructions.

Yes, the flight works OK without requesting IFR clearance. Instead, I requested flight following from ATC, and since they did not direct me and modify my flight plan mid-flight, nothing got messed up.
@goose-28 The import works fine. It's mid-flight ATC responses that break it. FYI, there's now an option in the tablet to enable the registration on the aircraft.
