How to cage standby gyro and switch frequency?

I've just completed my first flight in the glorious Starship, an easy 10/10.

Q. After landing and parking, how do you cage the standby gyro?
The dial says 'Pull to Cage' but how do you do that?
I know that switching the Standby Indicators ON, uncages the Gyro, which surprised me as the official checklist requires you to manually uncage it before taxi but maybe the reference aircraft was different.

Q2. How do you switch between PRE and COM1 frequencies?
The manual says click the RTU LSK twice but that doesn't work for me. Clicking once makes the * appear and clicking twice shows the menu on COM1 but I cannot figure out how to switch the frequencies.

If it helps, I use the 'Legacy' Cockpit Interaction System.

For Q2, other users have noted you can't utilize the preselect transfer function, unless the #2 RTU is also powered.
