@Black-Square one for the triviata list Nick once you've finished your million other projects? Would be a challenge I guess to code and model?
    Cheers

I tried to some up with a way to implement this in flight sim. I have an idea, but it would be mildly performance heavy, and I'm always trying to save people a few FPS, as you know. I also believe that documentation does not reflect how Starship left the factory. I believe that's how the windows worked on some King Airs, but at least the later model Starships have a rocker switch that runs a motor to rotate the polarizing filter. If I do it for another aircraft in my fleet and it works well, I will go back and do it for Starship. It would bring me joy to see, as well.

@Black-Square Sounds great Nick, just think it's a really cool and elegant alternative to the traditional blinds but obviously if it's going to impact performance a lot then understandable to leave out

It sounds good on paper but having worked with them IRL they aren't that great, it takes longer to darken, and dust will start to collect on the panels plus the rollers, motors and switches that have to be maintained, also you can't just close the shades after shutting down and parking
