I'm in MSFS24 SU2. I loaded up the 786BP livery, but was seeing N2000S on the callsign placard. I went and cleared the callsign/aircraft ID from MSFS, I guess I had set it at some point, but when I then loaded in the little placard is now blank. I thought previously it had been changing as I changed the liveries, but now it appears that not having that set directly in MSFS causes that to come up blank. I tried swapping between liveries and it's still blank.

Is this new since 1.1? That liveries don't seem to have a default registration baked in?

I have made no changes, and all of my registrations work the same as they do in MSFS 2020. Obviously, Asobo's choices for how registrations would be assigned in MSFS 2024 add to the confusion, but I have also seen the interior registrations just fail to load sometimes in MSFS 2020 and 2024.

I guess I'll see what happens when I go back later. I hit End Flight a few times to jump between liveries to no effect.

Hopefully Asobo finally get the registration stuff squared away soon. I like how 24 feels and it runs so much better, but some of these issues are just bonkers.
