Finally got to my first IFR flight in the Starship with SayIntentions ATC. It is really a joy to fly.
However I ran into a minor issue with the flight plan.
So I had this nice long plan loaded in, but I took a detour after the first WPT, and used DIR TO the second WPT to get back on track. But I changed my mind, and used HDG instead to set an intercept course to the planned leg and rejoin it. I then deleted the PPOS wpt from the flight plan and used NAV mode to join the leg to the next WPT, but then noticed that when I reached the next waypoint, there was a difference between the next waypoint that was shown on ND and what was shown on MFD and the CDU. When I tried stepping through the waypoints in manual leg mode, the ND "to" waypoint was one or two off from highlighted "to" waypoint on CDU and MFD and I couldn't get them to sync - to show the same "to" waypoint on both. As if each were using a different version of the plan.
I fixed it only by deleting the whole plan and reloading from route list. Worked fine afterwards.
I hope my description makes sense and is reproducible 🙂
If not, I can try to make a step-by-step guide.

A very short question that may reveal the cause: Was this MSFS 2024?

I can't swear to you that's the reason, but I'm fairly certain, based on your description. That's why I've spent days writing my own replacements for a lot of their code, because there are just too many bugs to account for with workarounds alone.
