Baro rotary behaves strange when the Altimeter is set to mBar

HI @Black-Square,
When I set the altimeter to mBar the rotary to change the QNH works only every third click or so. Is that the correct behavior? -
That's just how the "baro adjust" events work in MSFS. I could probably implement something myself, but I didn't consider it a pressing issue. I'll put it on the list for the future.
